**Key Responsibilities**
- Developing and executing demand plans and ensure demand and supply forecasting accuracy to support the company’s sales goals and strategies with optimizing the end-to-end demand planning process and tools by gathering demand information from sales, marketing, finance, develop demand forecast.
- Developing and leading the demand planning team.
- Leading on coordinate and communication of the sales forecasting tool to stakeholders such as sales frontline, trade marketing, marketing, and supply chain team.
- Qualifying the sales forecasting data input, challenge new product, promotional and top line forecast information provided by Sales, Trade and Marketing or distributor to ensure the quality of particularly the longer-term forecast.
- Continuously improving the in demand planning process.
- Managing the overall demand management process and ensure strategic issues, challenges and opportunities are escalated to and discussed with the management team.
- Ensuring the high quality and accuracy of Demand Planning data.
- Identifying the gaps between plan and actual and raise the gaps to Sales team for further corrective actions.
- Participating in the meeting, prepare all data and metrics for review, identify gaps and scenarios, and communicate key conclusion to stakeholders and perform follow up of the actions.
- Working with sales, trade marketing, and marketing team to ensure that proposed and agreed volume forecast and product launch will be implemented and achieved as planned.
- Collaborating with supply chain team and other functions e.g. finance to ensure the data accuracy to be reviewed and analyzed for business planning and strategic development.
- Leading the corporate initiatives aimed at improving current business processes.

**Qualifications**
- Thai only.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or MBA preferable.
- At Least 7 years’ of managerial experience in demand planning of FMCG, consumers products or related work experience.
- Managerial experience in Logistic/demand planning of FMCG or consumers products.
- Experience in Beverages industry with a specific emphasis on Planning or Supply Chain functions preferred.
- Experience using demand forecast tools (IBP, JDA).
- Experience using Syndicated data sources (IRI, Nielsen) are preferable.
- Superior analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate technical and analytical concepts.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience in work with cross functional teams

This site is the **integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center**. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. **Manufacturing Plant**:The plant is producing two major product categories: connectors and fuel injection units. Connectors are a booming segment with growth potential in the ICE- and EV-market. The factory is also the first plant for the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of producing millions of fuel injector units every year and can meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

**R&D Center**: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.
- As a group leader of logistcis planning to manage planner team for ensure smoothly processes in supply chain of HmjP production (Deliver, Make, Source).
- Lead the logistics planning team to achieve the logistics KPIs e.g. Total Logistics Cost (focus on freight, duty), Inventory (DIO), On Tine Delivery (OTD), Customer Delivery Performance (LIWAKS+), Blocked Inventory and
other KPIs which related to logistics planning.
- Coordinate with logistics IPN to plan the supply chain network, be a represenatative of HmjP Logistics Planning to work with PS/LOP in topic of logistics planning (e.g. blocked inventory plant coordinator, IPN coordinator, etc.).
- Analyze, solve the problems regarding to customer delivery and supply shortage issues, escalate to above level according to escalation model and matrix.
- Ensure logistics planning's tasks are prepared and ready for support new product/relocation projects, supplier localization and ECR change process.
- Provide leadership, coaching and process confirmation for logistics planning process.
- Develop and ensure the logistics planners are fulfilled logistics planning's competency.
- Drive and support the logistics IT project roll-out in logistics planning area.
- Suport other activities which related to logistics planning e.g. internal/external audits, BPS System-CIP Workshop and other activities.
