Responsibilities:
- Develop & Implement social media content strategy, concept and execution ideas for various types in all social media channel
- Creatively create content and digital campaign to the assigned account with execution planning and details oriented
- Keep all trend information up-to-date for insightful details in current situation, client business and related field
- Monitor, analysis and report assigned social media channel with specialist in all features

**What You’ll Do**

We’re looking for a content strategist who can express intriguing ideas and variety of stories while keeping the audience in mind for the themed projects of MQDC. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of designers, researchers, and innovators to develop new themed projects to ensure top-quality content is delivered.

**As a content strategist you will**:
**Conduct relevant content research**
- Conduct research and provide required content for the project.
- Co-develop content research with project partners/ external consultants.
- Systemize all relevant content data for internal and external uses.

**Curate storylines for each project, exhibition and/or other content platforms**
- Develop concept & content structure of each project.
- Research and provide detailed information for each project.
- Determine and provide the supply of exhibits, Illustrations, and media.
- Co-develop the project’s design with the designer team.

**Artifacts, Collection & Production Management**
- Finalize list of artifacts and content for other working teams. i.e., design team.
- Oversee sourcing, acquisition, and production of all content for each project.
- Audit and review all content deliverables. i.e., artifacts, digital media, and scenography design

**Experience Design Direction Oversight**
- Collaborate with design team on experience strategies.
- Articulate creative direction, script integrity, and tempo of total experiences.
- Review design in terms of visitor engagement.

**Stakeholders and Internal Management**
- Collaborate with all stakeholders of the project.
- Manage internal & external communication & documentation.

**What You’ll Bring (Experience and Qualifications)**
- At least 5 years of relevant experiences: curator, storyteller, creative director, writer
- Experience in Arts & Culture industry locally & internationally
- Excellent in English
- Positive thinking, attitude and world view, as well as highly imaginative
- Passion for Arts & Culture
- Outstanding ability to think and tell story creatively with all angles and possibilities of communications considered

**YOUR FUTURE ROLE**
The Digital Assets Content Curation team is responsible for keeping a pulse on industry trends, customer preferences, and changes in the sales landscape by collaborating with regional teams and subject matter experts.
As a Digital Assets and Content Curation Specialist, you will work on the team that drives seamless E2E customer buying experiences via digital content, improve business outcomes and deal velocity by localizing and making reusable content and assets accessible.

+ Curate reusable, modular, or contextualized digital assets to support various outbound demand generation, deal support, and customer success activities. Ensure alignment with business priorities.

**YOUR PROFILE**
+ Bachelor or equivalent business experience.
+ **Fluency in Japanese and English is a must,** with strong written and verbal communication skills to craft strong stories and messages.

+ Ability to work in high volume activity working environments, involving managing several projects simultaneously.
