We are seeking an experienced and innovative Group Culinary Chef – Western Specialty to lead and oversee the culinary teams across our three resorts. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for creating exceptional Western-style dining experiences, a strong background in Western culinary traditions, and excellent leadership and management skills. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of managing multiple kitchens, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and service are consistently met, and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the culinary teams.

●    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

●    Strive to exceed guest expectations by delivering exceptional dining experiences, gathering feedback, and continuously enhancing the culinary offerings.

Monitor and manage food costs, inventory levels, and waste reduction efforts to ensure efficient operations
