As a our Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications with customers and partners across various platforms, including email, message centers (chat), and social media.

You will handle inquiries, complaints, and requests while coordinating with internal and external teams to provide end to-end resolutions. This role also requires maintaining high performance and delivering excellent customer service for our diverse product portfolio.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of travel services, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Hotel Support: Facilitate communication and problem resolution between customers and hotel partners. Re-book accommodations and manage bookings efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Payment Support: Oversee and process customer payments and refunds, ensuring accuracy and alignment with pricing.
  • Experience Support: Manage communications and resolve issues related to activity ticketing, ensuring seamless coordination and support for partners and suppliers.

Required Qualification:

  • Thai nationality
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Experienced in customer service or related fields for over 6 months at each company. New graduates are also welcome.
  • Fluency in both Thai and English (CEFR B1 level or above) is required, including reading, writing, and speaking skills.

Store Operations

  • Adhere to Brand store operations and time and attendance policies and standards
  • Follow the directions of the Store Manager or appointed team member on store operational tasks that includes but not limited to stock room, inventory, cashiering, reporting duties, guest beverage service etc.
  • Help the store in closing sales -  support in ringing sales
  • Utilize store systems as needed efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain accountability for store inventories by vigilantly reporting any discrepancy in labelling or inventory levels

What You Will Own:

  • Become a Trusted Advisor: Master the Divyne product line and our GLOW method to provide expert, personalized guidance to customers via LINE and Messenger.
  • Solve Problems, Not Just Answer Questions: Use your judgment to understand the customer's true needs and build the perfect, value-driven solution for them.
  • Drive Growth Through Excellence: Turn customer interactions into meaningful relationships that result in sales and long-term loyalty for the entire team.
  • Master Your Craft: Participate in a rigorous onboarding program and engage in continuous learning through weekly 1-on-1 coaching and "film reviews."

  • A Professional Base Salary: A starting base of ฿3 00 - ,000 per month.
  • A Monthly Team Performance Bonus: A significant monthly bonus (up to 30% of base) based on the entire team's success in hitting our ambitious growth and quality targets.

  • Location: Our office is located in Bang Na, Bangkok, with hybrid work flexibility.
