We are looking for a Customer Advisor to join our Electronic After-Sales Service team. In this role, you will assist customers following their product purchase, handling tasks such as issuing invoices, processing product returns, and managing damage claims.
The position primarily involves inbound customer calls, providing support and solutions to ensure a positive post-purchase experience.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Receive in-bound calls from customers regarding after-sales service.Perform after-sales service tasks to customers.
