**1) Business performance analysis & reporting**:

**Education and Experience**:
Over 4-5 years’ experience in business analysis and sales force effectiveness (SFE), preferably pharmaceutical/ medical device experience.
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance or business admin or Mathematics
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, database management are preferable.
Experience in reporting and analytics tools (e.g. Veeva and CRM solution and sales data etc.) is preferable

**Responsibilities**
- Participate in discussions and interface with various client's business departments to gather, define and document requirements, design and develop analysis solutions based on underlying data sources.
- Responsible for fully understanding business processes and proactively seek clarification of requirements and direction and takes responsibility when needed.
- Leverage data engineering and data science to provide analytical insights, contribute to and help deliver data cleaning/restructuring, statistical modelling, machine learning and detection rule implementation in partnership with forensic accounting and other cross-functional teams.
- Refreshing and optimizing existing analysis based on internal and external feedback.
- Think out-of-the-box to design visualization solutions that meet or exceed team expectations insights and set anomaly alerts according to monitoring rules.

**Qualifications**
- 1-4 years of strong experience in data analysis and/or data science (4-6 years for Assistant Manager).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in advanced field of technology or other relevant majors such as statistics, computer science, financial engineering, etc.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python and Excel.
- Proficiency in data science skills and common statistical techniques (such as regression, clustering/profiling, sampling and social network analysis).
- Experience with business intelligence systems, such as Power BI and Tableau as well as internal audit process, transaction monitoring process and/or cyber threat hunting is a plus.
