Major roles and responsibilities

**1) Business performance analysis & reporting**:
Provide support in sales target setting, and design and populate sales target models as well as incentive calculation process.

Prepare regular report to measure sales vs target results and SFE KPIs for representatives and managers across the various products and geographies.

Ensure validity and accuracy of distributor/ internal data used in sales reporting systems and reports.

Involve in implementation of Sales Database, maintain and generate report for Sales team

Build efficient sales report template.

Lead and Implementation on Business Intelligent (BI) and CRM related solution.

Complete ad hoc analysis and reporting for sale and other data through the agreed request process.

**2) SFE metrics development & management**:
Recommend, and support to implement methods and techniques to improve analytical procedures within the sales force via Veeva CRM & BI tool.

Function as admin contact for any discrepancies with sales data in Abbvie BI platform and CRM platform

Support Commercial team on developing Database related to sales force effectiveness and sales data to improve efficiency of in field as requested.

Support IFTs to deliver valuable interactions with stakeholders that change their behaviors via SFE KPIs.

**Education and Experience**:
Over 4-5 years’ experience in business analysis and sales force effectiveness (SFE), preferably pharmaceutical/ medical device experience.
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance or business admin or Mathematics
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, database management are preferable.
Experience in reporting and analytics tools (e.g. Veeva and CRM solution and sales data etc.) is preferable

KPMG Thailand's Forensic Technology Advisory professionals assist our clients by performing queries and analysis of large sets of data, employing advanced data analysis techniques to uncover anomalies and unusual patterns in the data to help our clients address concerns of potential fraud, misconducts as well as regulatory. We are looking for someone to join our team to focus on the following:
**Responsibilities**
- Participate in discussions and interface with various client's business departments to gather, define and document requirements, design and develop analysis solutions based on underlying data sources.
- Responsible for fully understanding business processes and proactively seek clarification of requirements and direction and takes responsibility when needed.
- Leverage data engineering and data science to provide analytical insights, contribute to and help deliver data cleaning/restructuring, statistical modelling, machine learning and detection rule implementation in partnership with forensic accounting and other cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python and Excel.
