Job Responsibilities:
1. Based on business goals and models, build a comprehensive, accurate, and indicator system that can reflect business characteristics; based on the monitoring of the business indicator system, timely discover and locate business problems/opportunities, and promote implementation;
2. Precipitate the data-based operation framework, and cooperate with relevant teams to promote the implementation of the data-based operation capabilities of the business, including product functions, data modeling, etc.

2. Familiar with the use of tools related to data analysis, be able to use SQL proficiently, and be able to independently write and present business data analysis reports
3. Possess certain data mining and data modeling capabilities, and those who can skillfully use statistical tools and software are preferred
4. Have a complete set of practical experience in extracting effective information from massive data, performing aggregation, and analyzing and visualizing
5. Strong learning ability, good logical analysis ability and communication ability

- Own end-to-end project or roll out new experiments to validate in-market impact of an initiative within Partner Development
- Build dashboards, identify new and track key metrics to closely monitor team's performance and identify quick and long term opportunities for improvements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams of analysts, regional team leads, product managers and business owners to drive changes based on opportunities identified
- Support global Partner Development related initiatives, including experimentation infrastructure-building and methodology standardization
**What you'll need to succeed**
