**JOB SUMMARY**
The purpose of this position is to monitor construction projects for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
Conduct periodic site visits to monitor the progress of construction, review status of work completed during the period covered, review that work is generally proceeding in a good and workmanlike manner and in general accordance with the approved drawings and specifications.
Review contractors' direct cost payment requisitions and budget status, review of subcontracts, bonds/subcontractor default insurance, review of change orders, review of Developer's monthly Job Cost Reports, opine on adequacy of contingency, review of construction and disbursement schedules, review of lien waiver and other documentation submitted by the Developer.
Prepare Project Status Reports and recommend the release of construction funds.
Review contract drawings and specifications and opine for completeness and general compliance with commonly accepted architectural /engineering best practices.
Analyze the Developer's direct and indirect cost budget including cost estimate back-up and coordinate with the Cost Advisory group performing parameter estimates, spot quantity take-offs and review of supporting documentation submitted by the Developer, contractor and subcontractors.
Review and make relevant comments concerning the terms of the construction agreement, the submitted subcontracts, architectural and engineering design agreements, building loan agreement as well as review both Contractor and Architect's qualification statements.
Review and comment on construction and disbursement schedules as well as other submitted document including but not limited to: zoning approvals, certified surveys, building permits and approvals, utility company approval letters, soil and foundation engineering reports, and designer's certification of code and ADA compliance.
Prepare Construction Risk Assessment Reports.
Other duties as assigned.
**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

  • Set up and maintain monitoring tools to verify system integrity, resource availability, logs, backups, and scheduled jobs.
  • Actively track system health and respond to incidents end-to-end, including diagnosis, communication, risk assessment, resolution, and documentation.
  • Take ownership of production incidents, coordinating with stakeholders and delegating tasks where necessary.

Access Control & User Administration

  • Administer and maintain user accounts, profiles, and access permissions.
  • Control system access rights and enforce security policies to ensure proper authorization.
  • Document and regularly review access rights to comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance

  • Maintain system and network security in alignment with organizational IT Risk Policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in cybersecurity initiatives, vulnerability remediation, and penetration test follow-ups.
  • Implement and maintain reliable backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.

Production Deployment & Change Management

  • Execute, validate, and monitor production deployments.
  • Assess readiness, communicate changes across teams, and reject non-compliant deployments to minimize risks.
  • Ensure smooth rollout of updates and enhancements while maintaining operational stability.

Database Management

  • Manage the performance, reliability, and security of company databases.
  • Perform database upgrades, backups, recovery, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor database activity and ensure compliance with security and integrity standards.

Technical Research, Innovation & Automation

  • Conduct research and development to enable innovation in infrastructure and system design.
  • Explore automation, AI tools, and Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) to improve efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot advanced issues (e.g., message queue instability) and recommend future system improvements.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Maintain accurate, clear, and up-to-date IT documentation, including systems, infrastructure, security protocols, compliance requirements, and operational procedures.
  • Provide recommendations and reports for future upgrades and process improvements.
Basic Requirements:
  • At least 3 years proven experience in system administration, infrastructure, and database management.
  • Skills in Unix, Databases, and Infrastructure maintenance.
  • Cloud service experience, esp. Amazon Web Services would be preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and access control.
  • Hands-on experience with backups, disaster recovery, and monitoring tools.
  • Ability to handle incidents end-to-end with clear communication and ownership.
  • Familiarity with automation, scripting, or cloud technologies is a plus.
  • Thai and English languages.
  • Good analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of the system design for all new development projects.
  • Work closely with customer and other departments to solve the problems and provide testing support.
  • Implement new/upgrade existing system management products environment
  • Maintain and support system management products, including handling technical defects, applying security patches, and ensuring security hardening.
  • Provide guidance and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to IT system administrators and the operations team.
  • Offer ongoing support for future enhancements and customization requests tailored to specific needs
  • Ensure the availability and optimal functionality of system management products.
  • Assist in implementing and supporting network management.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of user guides
  • Be available to work outside of regular hours as needed
  • Provide 24/7 support for all services when required
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualification:

  • At least 3 years of hand-on experience in implementing, managing and supporting two or more of the following systems and management products:

  • Servers: Lenovo, Dell

  • Databases: MySQL, ELK, etc.
  • Operating Systems: CentOS, Ubuntu, Microsoft
  • Virtual Machines (VM): VMware ESXi, KVM
  • Other Tools: Veeam Backup, Database Replication, Monitoring Tools
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
  • Strong team player with a service-oriented attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
