Leadership & Management:

Qualifications
Experience:
• 10+ years in data engineering, including enterprise-scale data architecture.
• 5+ years of experience managing data engineering teams and leading organizational data initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale data processing systems handling billions of data rows.
Technical Skills:
• Expertise in relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and familiarity with NewSQL and vector databases.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data pipeline tools (e.g., SSIS, Data Factory, ODI, Apache Airflow) with strong programming and scripting skills.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance in regulated industries.
• Experience with cloud-based or on-premises data warehouse and data lake solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Delta Lake, Apache Iceberg, or Azure Data Lake Storage, Cloudera) is a plus.

Basic Qualifications
