**Your day at NTT DATA**
As a DATA Center Technology Sales Specialist at NTT DATA, you'll be on the front line, driving our growth by identifying new opportunities and presenting client-centric DATA center solutions. You'll work hand-in-hand with the Client Management team to pursue and land qualified leads, ensuring our clients understand the value propositions, partner configurations, and cost structures that meet their unique needs. As a Sales Specialist, you are also responsible for generating your own pipeline and opportunities within your assigned client base.
A large part of your day will involve engaging with clients at various levels, from key stakeholders to senior leadership, to uncover and address their business challenges. You'll collaborate with internal subject matter experts and pre-sales architects to design the best solutions, delivering compelling presentations and conducting workshops that showcase our offerings. You'll also navigate through technological conceptual challenges and ensure our solutions are both current and competitive.
Developing strong, collaborative relationships is key. You'll spend time building and nurturing relationships with existing accounts while strategically penetrating new markets. By maintaining a deep understanding of our solutions and those of our technology partners, you'll tailor recommendations to align perfectly with client needs. You'll also drive the sales process by preparing and executing comprehensive account and opportunity plans, ensuring you meet or exceed your sales targets.
Your expertise doesn't stop at selling; you'll support the wider territory sales plan and contribute to our go-to-market strategy. You'll address client risks, using your business acumen to provide insights that safeguard our clients' credibility, and ensure all work and proposals are tracked and managed efficiently. Keeping an eye on the competitive landscape and adapting quickly to new missions or urgent deadlines will be part of your dynamic role at NTT DATA.

+ Proficiency in delivering engaging sales presentations and using a team-selling approach.
+ In-depth understanding of IT managed services and competitive sales strategies.
+ Strong negotiation skills to craft beneficial solutions for customers, partners, and the organization.
+ Attention to detail in maintaining accurate sales forecasts and close plans.
+ Extensive experience in selling complex DATA center technology solutions and services to senior-level clients.
+ Strong ability to develop and encourage meaningful customer relationships up to senior leadership levels.
+ Client-centric approach with a knack for identifying customer problems and crafting best-fit solutions.
+ Flexibility to adapt quickly to new challenges and urgent deadlines.
+ Bachelor's degree in information technology/systems, sales, or a related field.
+ Industry/Vendor sales certifications required.

**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of experience in software sales or account management.
+ Experience promoting analytics, data warehousing, or data management software.
+ Ability to communicate fluently in English and Thai to support APAC customers.
**Preferred qualifications:**

Initiate various online marketing campaigns such as viral marketing, Pay Per Click (PPC or SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Optimization (SMO) as related or non-related to insurance product
Monitor the website Facebook, Line and other new digital channel traffic, activities, search results contact and close sales
Analyze reports from online channel by a monthly basis with insurer and related parties

**Qualification**:
