As a member of our Data Team, you will work across Capco’s different domains and solution offerings to help break down large problems, develop approaches and solutions.
**What You’ll Bring with You**:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics
- Min 5+ years of experience in SQL
- Proven working experience as a Database Administrator
- Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQL
- Familiarity with database design, documentation and coding
- Previous experience with DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and third party tools
- Familiarity with programming languages API
- Problem solving skills and ability to think algorithmically
- Experienced in Azure cloud.
- Proven working experience as a Database Administrator

Will be part of the Infrastructure Department, the Database administrators (DBAs) will be the main responsible person to manage the databases under the Allianz Group.
**You will**
- Manage, Maintain, and Support the Databases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues.
- Perform capacity planning, installation, configuration, database design, migration, performance monitoring, security, troubleshooting, performance tuning, as well as backup and data recovery.
- Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases
