We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Sales Manager to establish and drive our B2G sales operations across the construction, developer, and industrial project segments. This is a newly created role designed to spearhead the company's growth in project-based sales channels, expanding from a primarily traditional trade-driven model.

• Develop and implement project sales strategies targeting Business-to-Government (B2G) sectors such as EGAT, or related
• Identify potential clients, build relationships, and manage the entire sales process-from lead generation to closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, production, logistics) to tailor solutions that meet specific project requirements.
• Prepare project proposals, bids, and quotations in coordination with technical teams.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including consultants, architects, engineers, and procurement managers.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales strategies.
• Set KPIs and build sales infrastructure to scale the project channel in line with long-term business goals.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic updates to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project or B2G sales, ideally in electrical products, construction materials, or industrial equipment.
• Proven track record in initiating and managing project-based accounts.
• Strong network within the construction or development industry is highly desirable.

• Own and manage end-to-end operations for both payment and card services, ensuring smooth execution, timely issue resolution, and service quality.
• Oversee key operational processes, including card issuance, delivery, activation, reissuance, transaction monitoring, and user issue resolution.
• Monitor system-wide abnormalities across modules and platforms; coordinate with tech teams, vendors, and external partners to resolve issues effectively.
• Proactively identify gaps and inefficiencies, and drive initiative improvements with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership.
• Apply analytical techniques to uncover operational risks and bottlenecks, and turn complex data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain automation tools, dashboards, and reports to enhance monitoring and reduce manual workload.
• Maintain SOPs and escalation workflows, while aligning with internal teams on SLAs and cross-functional procedures.

Requirement :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, BBA, or any related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely across all IT and business teams to foster excellence in implementation and delivery the strategic project
• Manage and develop processes to ensure timely response and delivery to all requests (e.g. implementation calendar, other project management processes)
• Evaluating progress and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs, requirements and/or costs
• Understand basic financial models, P/L and cost-to completion projections to ensure projects are managed and delivered within budget
• Track project performance, program schedule, budget, quality and risks, specifically to analysis the successful completion of short and long-term goals by using appropriate tools and techniques
• Ensure all flowcharts, budget trackers, program roadmaps, calendars, etc. are updated on an ongoing basis
• Creating useful and appropriate data outputs and visualizations tailored for intended audiences as a report on weekly basis

Qualification

• Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management / or related field required.
• 5 -7 years' experience as project manager in the insurance business.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Ability to analyzes and reports project status and monitors project performance to maintain the quality of services, deliverables, and content in accordance with PMO standards
• Ability to work autonomously while also managing aggressive delivery schedules
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and be highly organized
• Strong problem solving, people-management skills negotiation skills as well as a passion for improving on process and tools.

• Thoroughly understand the project contract and Scope of Work to be applied in project management.
• Prepare the construction plan together with PM & SM, and update the status of both the master schedule and sub-schedules to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and closed in accordance with the contract.
• Develop the Project Schedule and monitor work progress with relevant parties, prepare and consolidate progress reports and S-Curve, as well as weekly and monthly reports for internal use and for submission to the client.
