What you'll be doing

• Support HOO with analysis on Demand Planning

• Generate guideline for demand planning & forecast model by key chain based on historical data, seasonal factors and future trends

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Supply chain & Logistics, Business Administration, statistics or related field

• At least 1 years experience of working in FMCG Business and planning field

• Fresh graduate are also welcome

• Have knowledge in data analysis on different platforms would be an advantage.

• Computer literacy:

>> MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

>> Knowledge on Power Pivot, Power Query, SAP, APO, S4/HANA, or other database applications would be an advantage

Reporting to the NPI Manager, the NPI Capacity & Demand planner's main goal is to ensure top-class performances through the definition and control of capacity plans that optimally meet market requirements and internal constraints. The Capacity planner will map our NPI end-to-end processes and will constantly monitor the loads of our streams (molds' building, CS making, validation,…), with the goal of anticipating and planning future investments in people and resources. You are encouraged to act when KPIs don't meet Essilor-Luxottica standards by partnering with Engineering, APQP and Production to troubleshoot issues and to determine corrective / preventive measures.

My day at EssilorLuxottica

• Be the key reference person for the definition and monitoring of NPI development plan
• Monitor the NPI loads and the daily performance.
• Manage definition of mid- to long-term plans, working in a close relation with Engineering, APQP and Manufacturing.
• Measure/improve service level, efficiency and effectiveness of our NPI processes.
• When needed, support Engineering & Production to identify bottlenecks and to build recovery plans

• Bring together plans for the business (sales & marketing, new

products, manufacturing, supply chain & financial) into integrated set

of plans to be presented and analyzed within the S&OP process,

forecast for long-term investment and Sales Target.

• Ensure data integrity in forecasting and demand planning systems &
