Qualifications

• Expertise in Demand Planning: Proven experience in a demand planning or forecasting role, preferably in a manufacturing, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment with a complex product portfolio.
• Advanced Excel Skills: Mastery of Microsoft Excel is essential, including the ability to use complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools to analyze and present information.
• Strong Analytical & Presentation Skills: The ability to handle complex data, think logically, and present your findings clearly and persuasively to senior management is critical.

Qualification

• ควบคุมการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามแผนการส่งออก พร้อมร่วมแก้ไขและประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ เพื่อหาข้อสรุป
• รายงานผลการปฏิบัติงาน และติดตามผลเพื่อการแก้ไขหากพบว่าผลการดำเนินการไม่เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้

• Develop, gather, analyze and validate demand forecasts at multiple levels / channels and aggregate to get efficacious forecasting result

• Review with sale team historical sales trends, research, prepare forecast data, develop effective statistical forecast models and evaluate result

• Review sale & trade marketing plan, update or latest estimation on demand variable / driver

• Coordinate cross-functional information / activities to reconcile significant variances and refine forecasting model to reflect most updated sales and marketing assumptions

• Interact with sale, trade marketing, consumer marketing and commercial finance to understand demand forecast variable / driver

• Provide input to supply chain in developing inventory strategies on existing sku, core sku, NPD and promotional sku

• Facilitate and manage demand planning meeting / S&OP meeting

• Closely coordinate and communicate commercial action plans with supply chain

• Maintain demand planning system and software to be effective: product master hierarchy, monitor forecast result, identify competitive intelligence

• Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models and business intelligence tools
• Own the end-to-end demand planning cycle, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning reviews
• Lead monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to align forecasts with business objectives
• Manage workload and priorities across multiple planning horizons, ensuring timely execution of deliverables
• Plan and coordinate demand for new menu items launched quarterly, including forecasting, supply alignment, and promotional impact analysis
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional impacts to refine forecast accuracy
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to anticipate demand shifts from campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal trends
• Monitor forecast performance and implement continuous improvement strategies
• Partner with procurement and logistics teams to ensure supply alignment with forecasted demand
• Provide insights and reporting to senior leadership on forecast accuracy, risks, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Demand Planning
• 4+ years of experience in demand planning, preferably in QSR, FMCG, or retail industries
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and forecasting tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and Thai
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
