Qualifications

Working with Senior bankers to provide financial advisory, fund-raising services, and mergers & acquisitions for corporate clients, primarily by developing pitching materials, managing financial models, assisting in due diligence, and conducting industry research and other transactions.

Responsible for client communication and interaction, overseeing analysts, and ensuring the successful execution of deals, requiring strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Financial Modeling and Analysis:

Create and maintain financial models for company valuations, and transaction analysis.

· Marketing Materials Development:

Develop pitch books, roadshow presentations, and other marketing materials used to attract investors and clients.

· Due Diligence Support:

Conduct in-depth research on companies and industries, review financial statements, and assist with the due diligence process.

· Transaction Execution:

Support senior bankers in executing transactions by drafting key documents, coordinating with legal and accounting advisors, and managing data.

· Client Interaction:

Act as a direct point of contact for clients, participate in client meetings, and present analyses and strategic recommendations.

· Team and Project Management:

Guide and mentor Investment Banking Analysts, ensuring the timely completion of tasks and overall project success.

Qualifications

· Minimum Working Experience:

1-2 years of experience for Analyst and 3-4 years for Associate.

· Educational :

Bachelor or Master's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, Economic.

Job Description

• Analyzing company's outlooks and its financial statement to provide key information that could assure all stakeholders receive sufficient information for making a rationale decision as well as minimizing all possible risks.
