In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging visuals, motion graphics, as well as perform editing tasks. **Responsibilities**:
Conceptualize and execute visually striking designs aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives
Display a strong sense of layout, color, composition, and typography
Stay up-to-date with design trends
Utilize design expertise to address business challenges and fulfill organizational needs
Create motion graphics and perform video editing
Collaborate and brainstorm with the marketing and BD team to create key visual assets
Optimize creative assets for various platforms, understanding the nuances of each platform

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

+ Design, modify and implement systems that meet customer and Celestica needs. e.g. creation of Schematics, Bills of material, diagrams, drawings, etc.

**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**

+ Experience with bench level testing and test equipment including high speed oscilloscopes, Network analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and network pattern generators.
+ Experience developing Software for hardware test automation with development tools such as C/C++, Python, TCL/TK, LabVIEW, and PERL.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the creation of all visual marketing and eCommerce assets; from online official store designs, product content, marketing campaigns & banners to store feed posts and live streams. These designs are of crucial importance as they are our online business card and for brands, the main interaction with online shoppers, having a direct impact on conversion rates & online sales.
You are driven, results-focused, and detail-oriented. You are creative and passionate about creating great designs that have a real commercial impact. You are able to work independently and have excellent time management skills. You thrive in an open and collaborative environment and are able to work with demanding timelines.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Design official stores, product page templates, campaign pages, promotions, and campaign banners on Lazada, Shopee, and other eCommerce platforms
- Design Store-feed posts, Facebook ads, Thumbnails, etc.
- Liaise with the KAM team on content & campaign requirements
- Work with the team to provide feedback on designs and develop best practices
Who we look for - the ideal profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in design for an online channel
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a must
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects or HTML formatting is a plus
- Thrive in a fast-paced Ecommerce environment
