Design Associates will plan and organize the design of several project types. Projects may take place in a range of settings, including but not limited to:
- hospitality (hotels and F&B)

leisure spaces, e.g. cinema, recreation complexes.
Creating and developing design concepts, creating initial design ideas, conceptual frameworks acquiring key information about potential projects, and delivering all phases as per project contract requirements.
- Excellence in managing client needs.
- Developing/Managing design concepts and narrative following client/ operator brief.
- Leading the design team throughout all project stages and on-site as required.
- Overview detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, often using computer-aided design (CAD) and/or BIM or other relevant software.
- Preparing/Overview products, for example FF&E, decoration and dressing, and providing samples for clients.
- Overview specifications and material boards, and production of drawings.
- Considering materials and costs according to set budgets and reviewing quotes from suppliers.
- Overview/Producing 'sample' or 'mood' boards for the projects.
- Overview FF&E specifications packages.
- Conducting feasibility studies for projects.
- Ensure Quality Control of drawings and specifications that the final design meets high-quality standards.
- Establish and monitor flow of projects, man-power, CAD, BIM and 3D resources at team level.
- Prepare and monitor project/resource program and ensure to highlight any potential risk or delays.
- Preparing minutes of meetings to record all discussions and issue it to the client within three working days prior to the approval of the DD.
- Coordination with key stakeholders throughout all project phases.
- Coordinating with Suppliers and having a knowledgeable grasp of technical details and requirements.
- Working closely with quantity surveyors to establish costs and work schedules on projects where required.
- Working with architects and other design professionals to determine the best use of space, and with manufacturers and contractors when required in a specific phase.
- Mentor, train and lead junior and intermediate designers.
- Be primary client contact for project and coordinate with all necessary consultants and internal team to complete design projects as required.

Other Responsibilities
- Lead the project team and work in a team with other designers in all phases, from start to completion, of projects undertake
- Mentoring other designers on technical, operational, cost suitability and design detailing
- Identify and manage resources require for the project and constantly review and feedback to MD/SDD/DD or the manager in charge
- Assist and work together as part of a team, creating and maintaining a harmonious work environment. Be readily available always to deal with problems or concerns
- Ensure Company rules & procedures are followed in accordance with the Employee Handbook
- Ensure full use of the filing system and databases
- Be punctual and on time to commence work
- Be responsible for ensuring that a professional, neat and tidy appearance is always portrayed

including leading by example through maintaining high standards of morale and appearance - Participate/Contribute in management workshops to brainstorm and facilitate improvement in company procedures etc.
- Work with company operations to ensure project completion certificates are in place and follow all processes and procedures for company PQP's etc

Qualifications & Experience
- A degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- A proven record of success in a senior design/management role
- Ten (10) plus years' senior level design experience of management of multiple project, people and resources
- A wide knowledge of the design industry
- Understanding of financial management, wider management principles and techniques
- Excellent Presentation skills including presenting to the client/operator/project stakeholders
- Proficient in handling situations with an appreciation of the demands of conflicting interests and meeting both project and statutory requirements
- A very high level of commercial awareness
- Experience in managing larger and more complex projects and teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
Languages & Skills
- Excellent English skills (written, reading, spoken)

Celestica HPS Engineering team is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven candidate qualified for the position of Hardware Validation Engineer to help design and build market-leading Hardware Platform Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for engineering assignments related to hardware products as well as systems including Hardware validation of new products, updates to existing products, or sustaining current products.
-Support Hardware and Software Team in bring up and validation of Networking, Storage, and Server products during NPI phase per Hardware validation Test Plan
-Setup the and manage Test Rack , Test equipment and Unit Under Test for hardware validation
-Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and address any hardware issues identified during validation
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelors Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecom Engineering or equivalent.
- 0-5 years of experience with hardware testing and validation
- Familiar with electrical design tools such as Logic analyzer, Oscilloscopes
- Familiar with common communication protocol such as I2C, SPI, DDR, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, SATA, NVMe
- Hands-on lab debugging, diagnostic errors. Problem solving and corrective actions
- Familiar with Linux environment and Ethernet protocol
- Self-motivated with a strong multidisciplinary background.

We're looking for a highly creative and strategically-minded Art Director with a strong background in packaging design for the food & beverage (F&B) industry. In this role, you'll lead the visual development and execution of packaging concepts that not only stand out on the shelf but also elevate the brand experience across touchpoints. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and R&D, to bring compelling and brand-consistent packaging to life.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the creative direction, ideation, and execution of innovative packaging design concepts across all F&B product lines.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across packaging and related marketing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and R&D teams to align packaging design with product strategy, brand identity, and consumer trends.

- Proven ability to develop conceptually strong, strategically sound, and commercially viable packaging designs.
- Deep understanding of print production processes, packaging materials, and regulatory compliance in F&B packaging.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of 3D rendering software (e.g., Dimension, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
