The UI / UX Designer is responsible for a set of activities including: coordinate initial user research, driving a solution vision based on business and user insights, designing desirable and
intuitive multi-channel experiences, developing wireframes and visual designs, and iteratively validating solutions with users. Individual designers may not possess all skills, but should
demonstrate deep expertise in 2 or more areas.
Responsibilities:
User Experience Designer / UX Responsibilities
- Advocate for user-centered design solutions across products and platforms.
- Coordinate user research to uncover insights, define personas, and map user journeys.
- Design distinctive, branded digital experiences that are consistent, engaging, and seamless across multiple platforms, devices, and channels.
- Develop new product concepts, storyboards, detailed interaction designs, screen flows, and prototypes to clearly communicate solutions.
- Create compelling visual designs that align with company and product brand standards.
- Coordinate concept and usability testing to iteratively validate and refine design solutions.
- Collaborate actively within agile feature teams (e.g., Discovery & Convert, Brands) to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.
- Collect and report user experience metrics, tracking the success of UX improvements using analytics or Voice of Customer solutions (e.g., Usabilla).

Your Role And Responsibilities
