Responsibilities
:

• Research and develop new sustainable materials and products aligned with business goals in collaboration with Operations Manager and the HGS R&D team.
• Improve existing manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize profitability.
• Implement new process technologies for materials and products based on company expectations and operational guidelines.
• Initiate research into new techniques and materials to support the factory and the broader deSter product range, ensuring proper coordination with external suppliers and internal teams.
• Propose and manage new development and investment programs in cooperation with the Operations Manager, focusing on cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead projects with clear timeframes, deliverables, and targets.

Qualifications
:
