1. 0-1 business development / partnership building, identify top and key local services partners in Food, QSR and Travel industries

**Qualifications**:

2. Experience in business development, sales or partnership and with proven track record in delivering targets
3.Fluent English and Thai;
Preferred Qualification
1. Strong customer relationship maintenance, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with preference for experience in the social media industry

The Development Team Lead will manage a single Agile squad of 7-10 people whilst still using their development skills. Working alongside the business Product team, key Time Series stakeholders and Architects. This role is accountable for team delivery, ensuring business/customer requirements are delivered on time with excellent quality. This role is also responsible for team productivity, efficiency and continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Product teams to understand business requirements, prioritization and delivery scheduling.
- Establish project milestones that reflect realization of agreed business benefits within timeframe and budget.
- Manage changes in project circumstance or business requirements to ensure technical solution or budget is presented so that projected business benefits are realized.
- Work closely with 3rd level support team and Operations team when the service issues are escalated and provide technical support according to the criticality of issues.

- Promote a customer aware culture with Product, Project Management, Practices, Operations and the Channels.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
- 6+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years of team management and staff development
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- A passion for managing, developing and mentoring individuals, growing strong leaders, and the ability to recruit top technical talent.
- Track record of hiring and retaining talent people.
- The ability to provide vision and leadership to a dev team
- Product engineering experience acquired from shipping at-least two large commercial products
- Direct experience developing one or more released client solution

Helps drive company values and philosophy and ensures all training and development activities are strategically linked to the organization's mission and vision. Works with property leadership team to identify and address employee and organizational development needs. The position is responsible for ensuring effective training is in place to enable the achievement of desired business results. Training programs focus on a variety of topics, including product knowledge, company philosophy, and customer service and leadership skills. Conducts needs assessments, designs and develops training programs and facilitates the delivery of both custom and corporate training programs. Measures the effectiveness of training to ensure a return on investment.

- Promotes and informs employees about all training programs.

The Partner Development Management role involves leading the creation of a long-range strategic vision rooted to the partner's impact and potential across segments, selling account vision to senior business decision makers at highly sought-after partners, identifying market opportunities based on industry trends, developing go-to-market and co-selling strategies, ensuring partner readiness through marketing plans, and resolving complex escalations on the partner's behalf. Executes and drives action through regular partner reviews and quarterly business reviews (e.g., MBRs, QBRs) to track plan execution, identify gaps and agree on any correction of errors. Builds, maintains, and owns trusted advisor relationships with partner through an advanced understanding of their local strategy and business imperatives. Identifies and clearly articulates current and future business opportunities and ways to pursue them. Influences and plays an active role across a complex stakeholder map.
Leads the integration of skills, capability, and capacity plans for the partner business. Influences partner to create a learning culture. Strategically builds solutions for partners that utilizes the right mix of sales and tech trainings and bootcamps to increase the partners' capabilities.
