**Detailed Description**
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Work independently to develop technical solutions without assistance in a limited number of technical fields supporting common segments/technologies. May also solve complex problems in cooperation with a team of other engineers.
+ Attend and interact in technical customer meetings.
+ Provide high level test hardware and software solution architecture
+ Review equipment data sheets and select appropriate equipment based on requirements
+ Support creation of structural or functional test strategy and test plan to meet project goals and requirements
+ Support creation of technical proposals with costed BOM and hours estimates
+ Ability to research and comprehend relevant product technologies and skills associated with product technologies
+ Develop production test strategies based on product design specification
+ Design and develop test solutions including hardware & software elements and then system integration, qualification, and installation to meet product, quality and test requirements outlined in the test plan.
+ Debug of tester issues using design of experiments, tools, and failure analysis methodologies
+ Execute all validation/qualification requirements by applying statistical and common industry methods
+ Stabilization of Test Solutions for manufacturing working to optimize with process teams focussing on cycle time and yield.
+ Test developers may also work with product design teams with feedback from product testability, test coverage, diagnosability, reparability, firmware/diagnostics and user experience.
+ Keep up to date with relevant industry knowledge and regulations
**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**
+ Strong knowledge on test development (SW and Test fixtures)
+ Proven strong knowledge on test programming development (Python, Labview / Test Stand)
+ Familiarity with Altium Designer and PCB fabrication
+ Knowledge on fixtures design, setup/integration
+ Good verbal, and written communication skills both Thai and English
+ Must have experience with disciplined operations.

**Qualifications:**
+ B.S. degree (or equivalent) in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or related field

+ Expert Knowledge on ISO 9001, IATF16949,LEAN Tools and other Industry Standards
+ Certified ISO 9001 auditor by 2nd party auditor.

+ Support Project Development / Execution: Execute initiatives through I2M/IIM (Innovation 2 Market; Initiative Management), Provide critical inputs to the site BD leader (specifically for IIM Design Reviews (DR2 - DR6)); From Design reviews-DR 4 onwards execute project activities on the site; Master data creation, Art Work, Raw/Pack Material availability, Track timings - and report to project team. Organize trials and FPA's (e.g. materials, team logistics etc.). Communication and execution of promotional activities within the I2M process.
+ Support ongoing business simplification: Provide inputs to Site BD leader to support Integration of overall site change management agenda to ensure delivery of projects while maintaining service levels. Coordination (planning and tracking) with all plant departments for plant trials, key project activities. Status tracking and communication of Plant activities key Cross functional team members (external to the plant). Work on the de-complexity agenda and support the delivery of the site productivity and improvement agenda. Ensure execution of regional /global menu cards and ensure that manufacturing hurdle rates are met.
+ Support site BD Leader to Manage the interfaces with the category PCMs, be responsible for the timely execution of new initiatives and business related projects using IIM methodology; Coordinates effectively with Operations Core team to setup VSU teams for the projects and with the Engineering team to manage startup and construction activities for the projects.
