We are seeking a successful **Digital Marketing Manager** who will be responsible for optimizing social media advertising channels, including Facebook CPAS, Facebook Traffic, Google Shopping Ads, and TikTok Ads. **RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- **Digital Marketing Strategy**: Build and execute our digital marketing roadmap, including channel expansion and acquisition strategy for new and existing consumers.
- **Team Management**: Oversee digital marketing specialists across multi-country portfolios, fostering relationships with key partners (e.g., Facebook, Google) and clients in CREA's portfolio.
- **Traffic Acquisition & Campaign Development**: Implement high-quality traffic acquisition through various platforms like Facebook and Google, and collaborate with content and design teams for engaging campaigns.
- **Campaign & Budget Optimization**: Monitor, maintain, and optimize digital campaigns to meet KPIs, managing the budget to maximize ROI.
- **Trend Analysis & Innovation**: Stay ahead of marketing trends, develop new platforms and tools, and provide reporting to uncover insights and action plans.
**QUALIFICATION**:
- Bachelor's Degree from a top undergraduate institution.
- Prior experience in digital marketing is required, including Facebook Ads optimization. Experience with Google and TikTok is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience, preferably in ecommerce, merchandising, or the health, beauty, and fashion sectors.
- A good understanding of or willingness to work in a startup company.
- Ability to work autonomously in a demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong analytical abilities are essential.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
