Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end projects related to event organization and venue rental.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for both Thai and international clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Coordinate with suppliers, partners, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and action plans; monitor and adjust as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or related field.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Thai and English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with using AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, scheduling assistants, AI-based content tools).

• Parallele Steuerung von zwei bis drei Projekten (agil / hybrid / klassisch) im Rahmen des Multiprojektmanagements

Primary Role & Responsibilities
