About The Role

The mission of the Digital Solutions Developer is to design, develop, and maintain innovative, scalable, and Digital and CRM solutions, with a key focus on integrating CRM systems with LINE as the primary platform. This role aims to deliver exceptional user experiences while ensuring seamless integration between front-end interfaces and back-end systems, emphasizing high performance, reliability, and adherence to design, architectural, and security standards.

The Digital Solutions Developer will collaborate closely with Tech, Digital Solutions, Business, and Regional Tech, Enterprise Architect, InfoSec teams to design and develop end-to-end solutions. The role focuses on delivering client-centric digital products that meet business needs, align with technology best practices, and comply with the security standards. By fostering effective collaboration across all levels, the developer contributes to the creation of sustainable and innovative digital solutions.

Impact You Can Create in the Role

Digital Solutions Development

  • Design and perform hands-on coding for both front-end and back-end components of digital solutions, covering all build phases, including system integration testing, with a focus on data flows, interfaces, performance, and security.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive systems documentation, including technical specifications, data models, data flows, features, and integration mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with partners to set up environments and execute thorough testing (End-to-End SIT, performance testing, and security testing) to ensure solutions adhere to all functional and non-functional requirements.

2.  Solution Design and Architecture

  • Work closely with the regional Enterprise Architect to define, develop, and align architecture principles specific to Digital and CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with long-term ecosystem integration goals while addressing immediate and short-term business needs.
  • Create High-Level Architecture and Low-Level Design while preparing key technical documentation required for Design Authority approval processes.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve the robustness, scalability, and efficiency of the Digital and CRM ecosystem.

3.  Collaboration and Support

  • Work closely with Tech, Digital Solutions, Business, and Regional teams to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support, troubleshooting incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing fixes to maintain system reliability, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the criticality and impact on users.
  • Conduct regular system health checks and monitoring to ensure optimal performance and service continuity; implement necessary technical changes to maintain system reliability.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and fix bugs and implement remediation measures based on findings from security tests and code scans.

  • Proven ability to develop high-quality, efficient code and create clear technical designs and documentation
  • Strong skills in both front-end and back-end development, with experience in modern frameworks, architecture design, and building scalable, secure applications
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities, strong communication skills, and familiarity with client-facing platforms like LINE
  • Good communication skill both Thai and English (will work with the regional team regularly)
  • Able to start with a 1-year contract with possibility for contract renewal

  • Maintain and troubleshooting for exiting digital tools, AGV, Material Calling System, Hydra, dPIM etc.
  • Continuous Improvement, identify new opportunities and innovation in operation processes.
  • Data analysis and monitoring, Operations Scorecard, Operation Dashboard (SCCOP, SHE, OEE) and advise weakness areas for improvement.
  • Handle on CER related TEOA/CI working with operations and cross functional team.

    Support operations project assignment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer science or related field.
  • Strong knowledge and experiences in Digital transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and technologies used in manufacturing.
  • Minimum 3 to 6 years working experience in manufacturing sector.
  • Knowledge of in cloud technology, virtualization, mobile application, IOT, SQL Server.
  • Reporting Services, Power BI, Tableau.
  • Good knowledge in Data Storage, Cloud, Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Good knowledge in Dashboard creation, Graphic and User Interface (UI) design.
  • New enhancement for new functionality in SAP and Hydra.
  • OEE, TEEP, Utilization analysis skill.
  • Knowledge and experiences in Enterprise Resource Planning software – SAP/BOM/Routing will be advantage.
  • Logical thinking with Project Management Skill.
  • Fluent in English and good communication.
  • Interpersonal skills.
