Purpose

The Manager, Digital Solutions Sales, is a key member of the APAC Digital Solutions Sales team, accountable for driving sales growth and market share expansion by delivering high-value application solutions to targeted customers. This role requires deep technical and consulting expertise, a strong understanding of customer needs, and the ability to develop customer-facing solutions.

The Manager, Digital Solutions Sales, is responsible for achieving the sales target for all Digital Solutions within the Sales & Service Unit by concentrating on understanding and targeting specific market segments.

The primary role is as a sales- and customer-facing expert that is accountable for driving the growth of sales & market share, team-selling of application solutions, customer engagement, being a champion for digital products & solutions, and the tactical execution of go-to-market campaigns to the relevant customer/industry/market segments of the subsidiary. Success is measured by the implementation of key actions and the achievement of sales targets for Digital Solutions.

In addition, the role focuses on developing and nurturing a high-impact ecosystem of Digital Solution Partners—channel collaborators who act as an extended sales arm for SICK. These partners will play a vital role in expanding our market reach, opening new customer segments, and ensuring a sustainable pipeline of qualified opportunities.

This role requires strong collaboration with the APAC Digital Solutions Sales team, Sales and Service Unit sales teams, APAC Engineering Hub, and marketplace. A key to your success is confidently liaising with all the internal & external stakeholders consisting of Customers, Industry, Business Initiatives and Regional sales management, across your subsidiary.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sales & Market Share Growth:

• Pursue and achieve sales targets for Digital Solutions.

• Accountable for the mapping and sales development of customer accounts contributing to Digital Sales revenue.

• Develop an Ecosystem of Digital Solutions Partners:

• Develop: Identify and qualify the best Digital Solution Partners who can extend SICK's reach into new markets.

• Enable: Ensure that SICK's products are delivering a highly competitive value-addition to each DSP, thereby deepening the synergistic relationship.
• Engage: Support joint go-to-market initiatives and ensure partners are aligned to SICK's consultative sales approach.

• Team-Selling Strategy:

• Closely collaborate & communicate with Sales and Service Unit (SSU) sales teams and engineering teams (Application Engineers, Engineering Hub) to create customer-centric solutions.

• Business Solution Consulting, Co-Creation, & Selling:

• Sell value through in-depth technical expertise and business process expertise, including customer consultation.

• Act as a strategic adviser to work closely with customers to identify challenges and align SICK digital solutions leading to client success.
• Ensure that proposed solutions are not only technically sound but also deliver tangible business value and ROI.

• Client Stewardship and Success Management:

• Oversee the entire client lifecycle—from onboarding and implementation to adoption and expansion.

• Proactively monitor satisfaction and usage metrics, identify opportunities for repeatable solutions and expansions, and support customers to scale their digital transformation.

• Tactical Execution:

• Support and execute go-to-market strategies for digital solutions.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Degree in business/engineering/technology/marketing or related field.
• Experience as a Product/Industry/Sales specialist.
• Working experience in vertical markets of Factory and Logistics Automation.
• Working experience in solutions selling and development.
• Deep technical knowledge of SICK's Digital Portfolio.

Senior Coordinator, Domestic Asset Digital Solutions carries out critical role to drive data and digital related projects under domestic asset production, for both development and maintenance phase and both portfolio and individual project, to achieve business objective within given timeline, budget, and project workforce resources whilst managing stakeholder expectation with regular communication.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and task alignment during development phase.
• Oversee project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are on track throughout the project lifecycle
• Define the project scope, gather requirements, allocate resources, and set clear milestones.
• Engage stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure regular communication on project progress and decisions,

Professional Knowledge & Experiences

• Main Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy, Architecture & Design

• Define scalable, high-performance architectures for applications and services, including
  comprehensive solutions architecture and technical design

Qualifications

• Strong experience in software architecture, system design, and microservices

Digital Transformation Management (IT Project Management)

Scope of Work :

Initiative identification:

• Design high-level solution based on functional requirement from business and ensure that the solution align to EA guideline and policy
• Estimate high-level budget and provide information related to high-level solution required for business requirements.
• Recommend strategic partner to establish solution for project development phase and be responsible in procurement process
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders i.e., infrastructure and security teams
• Project management:
• Define and manage project scopes, timeline and budget through deliverable activities of the projects

• Experience as a lead business analysis for at least 3 years to understand, analyze, justify cost and benefit, prioritize business requirements and deliver technical requirements.
• Working with new technologies such as SAP, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, mobile development, and robotic process automation is an advantage
