Position : Digital Marketing Strategist / Growth Manager

Job Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
Define Growth Strategy: Work closely with the CEO/Management to define marketing and growth OKRs/KPIs (e.g., acquisition, activation, retention).
Digital Campaign Planning: Design a comprehensive digital marketing campaign. (Full-Funnel) to increase awareness, attract new users, and drive sales in local and international markets.
2. User Acquisition & Channels Management
Paid Media Management: Control and optimize advertising budgets on key platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to achieve the best conversion rates (focus on effective ROAS/CPA).
Organic Channel Management: Oversee SEO/ASO (App Store Optimization) and Content Marketing strategies to attract free traffic and qualified users.
3. Data Analytics & Experimentation
Funnel Analysis: Track and analyze data throughout the user journey (Funnel Analysis) to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization.
Growth Hacking/A/B Testing: Plan and execute rapid and continuous A/B testing experiments on websites, applications, or advertising campaigns. To find the best ways to increase conversions and retention.
4. Customer Retention and Engagement (Retention & Activation)
CRM/Email Marketing: Develop communication strategies across various channels (e.g., email, push notifications, Line Official Account) to convert new users into regular users (Activation) and maintain customer base (Retention).
Optimization: Work with the Product team to suggest feature or User Experience (UX) improvements that will help users use the product more and longer.
Required Qualifications
