Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales Vision: Define and implement the overall B2B sales and export strategy to drive revenue growth and secure market leadership.
- Market Penetration: Identify and capture opportunities in high-potential markets, while building and managing a strong business development pipeline.
- Strategic Account Management: Build, manage, and expand long-term partnerships with key OEM clients to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Profitability and Pricing Strategy: Lead pricing and margin management, balancing competitiveness with sustainable profitability.

Job Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong track record in B2B sales, export trade, and strategic pricing within the food ingredients or FMCG industry.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
- Experience managing regional sales operations is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with a results-driven mindset.
