Job Description
Mission/Purpose : Be responsible for outbound warehouse distribution, outbound warehouse related systems
- Provide storage inventory and age report. Manage and optimizing storage location to ensure stock accuracy.
- Publish production plan to customers.
- Print system transaction documents and filing safe keeping according to the number of inbound and outbound.
- Responsible for the information input system, and provide various reports according to the management needs.
- Distribution service providers management from sourcing to performance monitoring support.
- Distribution activities daily execution including system and process facilitation and monitoring including report and KPI performance.
- Label management including forecast, inventory check and ordering as ownership.
- Ensure the distribution activities to be compliance with policies and process.
- Coordination with related functions for outbound distribution cooperation.
- Ensure implementation of measures and maintain controls.
- Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards
Qualifications
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Logistic Management, Business Administrative or related field.
- At least 2 Years of experience in distribution, logistics or import.
- Project Management and TS16949 is plus.
- Work collaborate well with team and also self-driven.
- Good command in English.

Key Responsibilities
1. Forecast & Inventory Planning
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts for Amazon FBA (USA, Canada, AU) and domestic B2B
- Analyze historical sales, seasonality, promotions, and campaigns to project demand
- Calculate safety stock and reorder points, considering production + shipping lead times
- Optimize shipment size & frequency to balance
cash flow vs Amazon storage fees - Monitor FBA IPI score, restock limits, and inventory health
2. Procurement & Supplier Management
- Manage reorders and sourcing of raw materials & finished goods
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure production timeline is met
- Negotiate terms and ensure on-time deliveries
3. Fulfillment & Logistics (Amazon FBA + B2B + DTC)
- Plan and execute Amazon FBA replenishments from Thailand to USA warehouses
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and 3PL partners (Air/Sea/Express)
- Prepare and manage shipping docs (Invoice, Packing List, Export Docs, Customs)
- Ensure on-time deliveries for B2B & DTC customers
4. Operations & Reporting
- Implement SOPs for order fulfillment and replenishment processes
- Update ERP/Inventory system (DEAR or equivalent) in real-time
- Create weekly/monthly stock & sales reports for management
- Troubleshoot operational issues with marketplaces (especially Amazon)
Qualifications

Summary of Service:
- Temporary support to the Regional Distribution Planner in Thailand for daily UD KMP operations.
- Responsible for global implementation of Over Stock Fee / Replacement Fee and follow-up for payments.
- Coordinate UD KMP supply between Packaging Terminal and Local Material Suppliers in Thailand.
- Manage duty payments and LSP invoice processing with Thailand ACC team.
- Follow up on customs amendments and manually track goods issued from global component suppliers versus ASN.
Scope of Services – Transport & Packaging:

- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university is required; degrees in Logistics, Engineering, or MBA preferred.
