Job Purpose

Responsible for a smooth ship out of drives and material shipments for both inter-company and original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Coordinates with forwarding agent and other section concerned import & export activities. Responsible for Freight cost analysis ,report and automation. Support the organizational goals in achieving total customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

• Participates in the evaluation, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of specific SCM business processes such as outbound shipments, import export classifications, freight expense management, and carrier relationship management.
• Analyzes traffic patterns and looks for least cost alternatives.
• Ensures compliance with customs and government regulations and minimize duties and taxes.
• Provides ongoing support in resolving process/execution issues with both internal and external customers.
• Manages requests for support/service and develop processes and education to meet customer demands and ensure satisfaction.
• Leads in the rapid identification, analysis, and resolution of problems to ensure the minimum interruption to the team's work.
• Monitors activities of the team against defined objectives, report on achievements and propose ways in which performance can be improved.
• Provide data on varying Logistics related charges in support of bid activity.
• Develops cost center budget and expenses for annual contract.
• Maintains applicable system tables in support of related activity.

Job Qualifications

Education:  B.A/B.S, B.Eng. , M.A/M.S, M. Eng.

Experience:+2 years

Required  Skill: Able to communicate English and operate personal computer.

Role and Responsibilities

• Gather the quantity of product orders under your responsibility to plan routes for delivering products to customers, considering the most cost-effective delivery costs. This includes the process of product delivery in cases where customers pick up the products themselves, as well as overseeing the loading of products to ensure they are in a safe condition for the customers.
• Control and manage the stock of products to ensure accuracy and readiness for use by verifying the processes of receiving, storing, and dispensing products correctly. This is to ensure that the stock is accurate and products are always available for sale.
• Supervise and manage the internal work processes to ensure safety by ensuring employees comply with company regulations, in alignment with the company's workplace safety policies.
• Support the execution of departmental plans to achieve goals and oversee operations to ensure they align with the approved budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or other related fields
• Have 3 years experience in warehouse management and shipping or logistics work.
• ERP / SAP Systems
• Have knowledge of occupational health and environmental systems
• Have the ability to systematically manage inventory and delivery.
• Have good problem solving skills.
• Good communication and human relations
