1. TikTok Influencer Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual influencer marketing strategies and budget plans for the company's brand on the TikTok platform.

  • Continuously optimize influencer strategies based on data feedback to maximize ROI.

5. Cross-Platform Integration

  • Integrate TikTok influencer content with other marketing channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to maximize overall marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media marketing, with at least 1 year specifically focused on TikTok influencer marketing and talent selection.

  • Platform setup: Configure streaming keys/encoders (OBS), yellow-basket links, shop links, coupons, auto-reply/chat macros; pre-flight checks for camera/audio/lighting/bitrate and latency.
  • Stakeholder orchestration: Time-box rehearsals; align MC/KOL, studio, graphic ops, media buyers, marketplace ops, CRM, and client approvers; manage a real-time war-room for price updates and bundle switches.
  • Go-live operations: Call cues for openers, price reveals, scarcity pushes; monitor chat, sentiment, and cart events; trigger mid-roll boosters (Live Shopping Ads/TikTok Promote) with spend caps; escalate issues fast.
  • Analytics & reporting: Pull session data (viewers, CTR-to-basket, ATC, orders, AOV, GMV, refund rate); compute ROAS on boosted spend; produce highlights, learnings, and the next ROS with A/B test plan.
  • Governance & risk: Enforce brand/platform rules, claims compliance, crisis playbooks, and issue logs; maintain checklists (pre-live/in-live/post-live).
  • Success metrics (KPIs)

    GMV/session, Orders/session, ROAS (paid boosts), CTR-to-basket, PDP conversion rate, AOV uplift, viewer concurrency, cost/order, refund/return rate, on-air SLA adherence.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years in eCommerce LIVE operations, marketplace ops, or digital production; specialist who can "own a room" and a spreadsheet.
  • Hands-on with TikTok Shop Seller Center (Live Center/yellow basket), LazLive, Shopee Live, and boosting tools.
  • Data-literate (Excel/Sheets, GA4/Looker Studio); comfort with OBS/vMix; basic design handoff (Figma/Canva).
  • Strong Thai & working English
  • calm under pressure, sharp coordination and communication.
