1. TikTok Influencer Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual influencer marketing strategies and budget plans for the company's brand on the TikTok platform.
- Conduct in-depth research on TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and viral content to provide strategic guidance for influencer collaborations.
2. Influencer Selection and Evaluation
- Independently source, screen, evaluate, and build a database of TikTok influencers.
- Establish a scientific evaluation system, considering factors such as audience demographics, data authenticity, content quality, engagement rate, CPE/CPM, and other key metrics.

- Maintain long-term, in-depth partnerships with key influencers and build a robust influencer resource library for the brand.
4. Project Execution and Performance Tracking
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing projects, ensuring timely and high-quality content delivery.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., impressions, engagement rate, referral traffic, sales conversion, etc.), and prepare performance analysis reports.
- Continuously optimize influencer strategies based on data feedback to maximize ROI.
5. Cross-Platform Integration
- Integrate TikTok influencer content with other marketing channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to maximize overall marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media marketing, with at least 1 year specifically focused on TikTok influencer marketing and talent selection.
- Proven successful TikTok influencer campaign experience; candidates who can provide data reports from previous collaborations will be prioritized.
