prospects into verbal commitments to join our Exclusive Seller Program, then hand off to the

Onboarding/Administrative team to finalize contracts and documentation—so listings go live

Key Responsibilities

● Call and qualify seller leads from campaigns, referrals, and our database; map needs,

motivation, timeline, and decision criteria.

● Present the Exclusive Seller Program value proposition (exposure, speed, pro support,

data-driven pricing) and secure a verbal "yes."

● Schedule consultation call between the sellers and the Account manager for

closing.

● Then, schedule the next step (handover call / document checklist) and handover to the

Administrative/Onboarding team for contract prep, KYC, and listing activation.

● Log every interaction in the CRM and keep pipeline stages accurate and up to date.

● Collaborate with Account Managers on priority leads, pricing talking points, and objection

handling; share call insights to improve campaigns.

● Follow up systematically (calls, Line/email) to reduce drop-off between commitment and

onboarding completion.

Qualifications

● 2+ years in inside sales / tele-sales / appointment setting / SDR or similar (real estate a

plus).

● Confident Thai communicator; basic English a plus.

● Strong phone etiquette, active listening, and objection handling; comfortable asking for

commitment.

● Organized, persistent follow-up style; able to manage volume with quality.

● Tech-savvy with CRM discipline; data-driven and coachable

Working in tandem with our Store Managers and Brand Leaders, our Brand Crew will be working on the floor to always keep the stores buzzing  

Responsibilities include:

  • We truly believe in providing radical service for raving fans, that means customer service that goes beyond fulfilling basic needs or expectations.

  • Understand our products inside out and through genuine conversations, you are able to recommend products to support what our community is looking for.

  • Understand and execute the daily technical operations of the store such as POS (point of sale) management, inventory stocktake, stock management, and upholding visual merchandising standards.
