Job Description:
As the Ecommerce Sales and Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for devising and
executing strategies to maximize online sales and promote our brand through digital
marketing channels. You will lead a team of professionals to achieve revenue and growth
targets in the ecommerce business for brands in Thailand market.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Be middle person to align business requirement with supervisor and given clear direction to team.
Lead and mentor the activation team in data-driven approach.
Strategic Planning
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging ecommerce technologies and innovation as well as the competitor movement to identify opportunities and threats for business growth.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive online sales growth.
Define clear sales and marketing objectives and KPIs.
Analytics and Reporting
Analyze ecommerce data and key metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify key learning for next improvement.
Generate regular reports in the deep dive analysis way to support activation team for fast react to the market
Budget Management
Effectively manage and allocate budgets for ecommerce sales and marketing in multiple countries.
Identify improvement area for better optimization.
P&L Monitoring and Control
Oversee the Profit and Loss (P&L) for ecommerce sales and operations.
- Keep monitoring and identify key concerns for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ecommerce sales and digital marketing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and technology.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.

Key Responsibilities:E-Commerce & Marketplace Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end online shopping experience, ensuring seamless navigation, checkout, and fulfillment.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and inventory management across our website and marketplace platforms.
- Track and analyze key e-commerce KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, CAC, retention, etc.) to drive continuous optimization.
- Identify and implement new digital tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance performance.
Online & Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, paid social, influencer marketing) to drive traffic, conversion, and customer engagement.
- Oversee social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE, website, etc.), ensuring effective content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging, brand-aligned digital content that enhances customer experience.
- Implement and manage CRM and email marketing strategies to drive customer retention and repeat purchases.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and improve ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with PR, influencer marketing, and communications teams to create integrated campaigns that enhance brand positioning.
- Align with buying, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless e-commerce execution and fulfillment.
- Liaise with agencies, brand headquarters, and backend operations to optimize digital strategies and improve online sales performance.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring strategic allocation to maximize ROI and efficiency.
- Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce and digital marketing team, fostering growth and professional development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or omnichannel retail, ideally in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.), marketplace operations, and online retail best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, paid social, influencer collaborations, and CRM marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance tracking tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and drive decisions based on insights.
- Experience in budget allocation and performance-driven marketing to optimize ROI.
