We are looking for outstanding Assistant Teachers (Mandarin) who will work alongside our Mandarin Teachers to provide outstanding academic and patoral support for our children in Early Years, Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The main role of the assistant teacher is to work with Mandarin Teachers to deliver the highest possible level of education to the Mandarin class. The AT has a high status and is valued for their input and joint planning with the teacher as well as being important for the pastoral welfare of the class. Where students have difficulty in learning Mandarin language, the AT may be important for helping the students communicate, to begin with. However, they will always encourage the students to speak in Mandarin where they can and they will talk to the students in English and Mandarin. They will predominantly work with small groups of students, including challenging the more able and supporting the lowest-attaining students.

  • Serve as a key product expert, providing ongoing support, guidance, and troubleshooting for the sales team to address product-related queries.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives by gathering feedback from participants and measuring knowledge retention.
  • Analyze results and provide recommendations for the continuous improvement of all training programs

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a product training or learning & development role.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
  • A strong understanding of product development, marketing, and sales processes.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and engaging manner.

  • Resourceful, adaptable, and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as a collaborative part of a team.
  • A passion for continuous learning and a commitment to staying current with industry trends.
