Job Description
+ Projects may include travel to conduct or witness tests at client sites. Initiates communication with clients to promote and explain the benefits of new and existing services.
+ Follows up on contacts from clients.
+ Communicates with clients to discuss technical issues, explain UL procedures and requirements, convey project cost, and negotiate completion date and sample requirements.
+ Acts to address client concerns and to resolve client issues.
+ Provides technical assistance to clients in reference to product inspection and follow-up services. Establishes appropriate test programs by reviewing files and manufacturer's information, examining samples, and applying UL requirements.
+ Is familiar with applicable standards, company manuals and appropriate technical literature.
+ Examines samples for compliance with UL requirements and notifies client of any areas in which the product is not in compliance or of any changes in project scope or specifications.
+ Coordinates laboratory activities by preparing data sheets and instructions to technicians, scheduling and reviewing work of laboratory technicians and engineering assistants and establishing completion dates.
+ Coordinates administrative aspects of project management.
+ May serve as Project Handler of record and/or Reviewer of record as assigned.
+ Communicates project status and results to clients through frequent contact and by preparing reports.
+ Prepares Follow-Up Service Procedures and information pages.
+ Integrates continuous improvement concepts and techniques into all aspects of the job.
+ Resolves engineering issues associated with Variation Notices by analyzing and reporting on the acceptability of the variations.
+ Assists in the development of UL requirements.
+ Assists in developing special test methods and test equipment.
+ Analyzes test program for adequacy and sequence.
+ May coordinate and/or perform File Reviews, as directed.
+ May represent UL at industry related functions such as seminars and trade shown. Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
+ Performs other duties as directed.
+ Under general supervision, manage the execution and timely completion of engineering projects.
+ Analyze project scope and determine specifications for testing programs related to product investigations.
+ Establish and analyze test programs for adequacy and sequence, ensuring samples comply with UL requirements.
+ Prepare detailed reports for clients on project findings.
+ Assist in the development of UL requirements, test methods, and test equipment.
+ May exercise Project Handler Signature Authority, responsible for the initiation, maintenance, completion, and closure of assigned engineering projects.
+ May hold Review Signature Authority, responsible for initial, status, and final technical reviews of new engineering projects.
+ University Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience (preferred, if applicable).
+ Strong technical document development skills.
+ Fluent in English, with reading and writing skills .
+ Familiarity with North American E&E standards and regulations (e.g., luminaire, appliances, HVAC, wire & cable) is an advantage.
+ Experience in retailer testing (e.g., Home Depot, Walmart) is a plus.

Responsibility: 1.Strictlyfollow the GPV Group Code of Conduct.thods and lean principles. 2. Ensure compliance with the company's management system, policies and rules. 3. Supervise, consult and support sub-ordinate to be successful in their responsibility. 4. Evaluate sub-ordinate against to performance indicators. 5. Monitor margin and enforce program managers to take action in case of profit loss. 6. Customer contact and customer service. 7. Customer analysis and satisfaction evaluation. 8. Coordinate quoted, re-quoted price and ECO cost for existing/new customers. 21. Coordinate and implement customer business review. 22. Establish, Implement and take actions (if needed) to ensure that customer’s debt insurance is in control. 23. Oversee the planning, implementation, execution and evaluation of special projects. 24. To be a leader of project improvement in term of cost, delivery and quality. 25. To be a leader in the conference call with the customers.
Qualification (Education/ Work experience/ Skill) : 1.Male/Female minimum 5 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing or 3 years experience in electronics management level. 2. Prime Function
1. Management of all personnel assigned to Planning Department.

4. Working knowledge of MS Office, relational databases and ERP systems (e.g.
