QUALIFICATION:

1. Diploma or Technical Certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in electronics testing, manufacturing support, or test system maintenance.
3. Hands-on experience with functional testing systems, ICT, flying probe testers, and fixtureless testing.
4. Strong technical knowledge in test system setup and validation.
5. Effective problem-solving skills for basic troubleshooting and issue resolution.
6. Good communication skills for assisting engineers and guiding production operators.
7. Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments while ensuring test reliability.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Tester Setup & Validation

2. Assist in the setup and configuration of test stations for production use.

3. Confirm the accuracy and validity of test processes before full-scale deployment.

4. Perform initial system checks to prevent errors in test execution.

5. Basic Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution

6. Conduct preliminary troubleshooting of test systems prior to escalation to test development teams.

7. Identify potential test anomalies and report structured findings to engineers.

8. Support corrective actions to minimize test-related delays in production.

9. Preventive Maintenance & Equipment Reliability

10. Perform scheduled maintenance on test equipment to ensure reliability and prevent failures.

11. Keep maintenance records and proactively suggest improvements to reduce tester downtime.

12. Work alongside engineers in calibration and verification of test systems.

13. FPY Improvement & Yield Optimization

14. Assist in FPY tracking and provide recommendations to improve test accuracy and efficiency.

15. Support engineers in implementing process enhancements for yield optimization.

16. Operator Support & Training Assistance

17. Guide production operators on proper test process execution and handling procedures.

18. Provide first-level response to operator queries regarding test station functionality.

19. Ensure operators follow standard test procedures to prevent errors.

20. Documentation & Reporting

21. Maintain records of test station setup, troubleshooting findings, and preventive maintenance activities.

22. Document key production test metrics to support FPY improvement initiatives.

About the Role

This position is that take responsible of keep mass production project running well in testing related.

What You Will Do

• Support TE & EE team to hand over new project and work with global site to transfer the project to local site on testing related process, equipment.
• Support manufacturing with failure analysis, tester debugging, reduce intermittent failures and downtime of test equipment.
• FPY improvement to meet department KPI.
• Testing / Flashing equipment setup, maintenance & repair.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Education: Diploma/High Vocational in Manufacturing / Industry / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
• Experience: Five years or more experience in EMS Electronic manufacturing as Testing Technician.
• Be a strong communicator and excellent team builder.
• Good experience in testing and software flashing area.

Bonus Points if You Have

• Electronic circuit board analysis knowledge, able to read schematic
• Experience on testing manufacturing
• Experience on Automotive standard such as VDA, AIAG, ISO/IATF16949.
• Experience for the test program setup, basic debugging.
• Experience for Vision system, Functional tester of Audio signal.
