Responsible for assessing the risk in hotel work environment to minimizing associates' illness and injury during work hour. Inspecting hazardous factor in the work environment, quality of equipment or facility that used by associates. Lead the organization toward a healthy and safe work environment by advising, monitoring, and reporting in the workplace, and engaging staff in programs that ensure safe practices in the workplace.
Follow all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. **People Management & Development**
Allocate and balance work across direct reports, review and provide timely performance feedback to subordinate, coach, guide, develop and motivate them, help to resolve functional issues in the team, submit manpower request and interview candidates in order to achieve targeted function performance goal.
Develop skills of direct reports and others with EHS & S responsibilities in the organization.
**EHS Structure & Program Management**
Build action plans for the implementation of the organization's EHS & S programs and take a leadership role in execution in order to deliver the organization's EHS & S goals and strategy.
o Setting up strong Safety Frst culture.
o Establish and develop procedures and teams for driving EHS improvements and managing EHS programs.
o Communicate with all levels in the organization on EHS to engage with, influence and promote EHS culture.
o Follow up internal and external audit to verify EHS performance and continue improvement.
o Maintein ISO14001 and TEOA Env.compliance tools.
o Ensure safety of construction projects in the Thailand Erni site.
o Ensure safety of plant moving, including but not limited to moving IND equipment out and DDN equipment in. As well as its installation and commissioning safety

o Report related required EHS&S data to site,BU management, BU EHS and Corporate EHS.
o Report related EHS&S data required based on applicable legal regulations and TE policies.

o Evaluate and report environmental performance quarterly using TE environmental assessment tools.
**Sustainability and BCP**
Focus on GHG, energy, hazardous waste & scope 3 reduction.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE.**
+ To provide technical and scientific information for new product development and registration purposes to medical professions as well as strategic planning to brand management and food legislation.
+ To visit hospitals and medical institutions according to the planned call frequency to promote (detailing and presenting) special nutrition products to doctors, nurses, dietitians and pharmacists for them to recommend these products to their patients.
+ Consolidate nutrition information, external movement, competitor analysis and trend with recommendation for product I&R and communication
+ Able to input nutrition information and competitor comparison
+ Design nutrients' profile of product prototype, product category, suggest NF (Nutritional Foundation) criteria to AG (Application Group), assess NCA (Nutrition Competitive Advantage).
+ Eusure nutrients' content in product prototype for nutrient claim on pack.
+ Product release support by providing necessary market information e.g. target consumer nutritional needs, consumption, nutrition situation
+ Update progress on product development / post launch in Pre-NPD and Bi-weekly update
+ **Communication on pack** - Advise NHW communication messages with supporting rationales & documents. Ensure communication is aligned with brand plan.
+ **KOL Engagement** to support corporate projects
+ **Able to be a speaker for Internal and External Training** for new products
**ARE YOU A FIT?**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Food Technology, Nurse or other Science related field is a must.
+ Minimum 2 years' work experience in Nutrition or Medical Sales
+ Knowledge of nutrition, physiology, pharmacology, biochemistry, food science, nurse applied science or physical therapy is required
+ Good understanding of WHO Code of Conducts is an essential
+ Good convincing, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills
+ Committed and details oriented with excellent service minded skills
+ Able to travel extensively in Bangkok
