As part of our growth, we are seeking an experienced Investor Relations (IR) Senior Manager to lead communication with investors, manage fundraising activities, and strengthen our presence within the investment community.
Key Responsibilities
1. Investor Relations & Communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with venture capital firms, institutional investors, family offices, and strategic partners.
- Develop the company's investor relations strategy and communication framework.
- Prepare and deliver investor presentations, quarterly updates, and performance reports.
- Serve as the main point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
2. Fundraising & Capital Strategy
- Support the CEO and Founder in fundraising initiatives, from preparing financial models and investment decks to coordinating due diligence.
- Identify and engage potential investors and financial partners to support future funding rounds (Seed, Series A/B, or project-level).
- Provide insights on market trends, valuation benchmarks, and investor sentiment.
- Manage data rooms, documentation, and reporting throughout investment processes.
3. Financial & Performance Reporting
- Collaborate with the Finance and Strategy teams to prepare analytical reports and management dashboards.
- Interpret financial results and key performance indicators to craft clear, compelling investor narratives.
- Ensure consistency between financial reporting, investor communications, and strategic goals.
4. Governance & Compliance
- Oversee the preparation of board and shareholder materials, including resolutions and meeting minutes.
- Ensure investor communications and disclosures align with regulatory and governance requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, financial advisors, and legal counsel during due diligence or fundraising processes.
5. Market & Industry Intelligence
- Continuously monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and peer benchmarks.
- Provide senior management with insights on investment climate, capital availability, and competitive positioning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- 7–10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Consulting.
- Strong knowledge of capital markets, valuation, and financial analysis.
- Proven experience in fundraising or managing investor communications for startups or high-growth companies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Thai.
- Confident, analytical, and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Qualifications.
Education: Bachelor s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
Experience: 5+ years in investor relations, corporate finance, or a similar role, ideally in FMCG, manufacturing, or retail.
Strong knowledge of financial statements, capital markets, and valuation methods.
Fluency in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
Proficiency with financial reporting tools and investor relations software.
