About our group:
The Equipment Development Engineering (EDE) team is dedicated to delivering innovative equipment solutions and manufacturing technologies that align with Industry 4.0 standards. Our comprehensive process encompasses design, development, qualification, and integration. We specialize in automated machinery, tooling (such as Slider Electrical Test Socket--SETS and Minideck--MD), and process development for component testing systems, including Slider Dynamic Electrical Test (SDET) and Component Evaluation Tool (ComET).
About the role - you will:
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Oversee the full lifecycle of equipment development projects.
Collaborate cross-functionally among design, process, test, and other engineering teams.
Act as the focal point of contact between EDE and other teams.
Resolve both technical and non-technical issues to maintain project momentum.
About you:
B.S. degree or higher in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
5+ years of experience in semiconductor assembly, electronics manufacturing, or related industry.
Proven track record in managing engineering projects in a multinational environment.
Strong understanding of 6 sigma and excellent communication skills in English.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) where PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Your experience includes:
Experience with automation, equipment qualification, and factory implementation.
Ability to lead technical discussions and influence decision-making.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics engineering
- Expertise in HMI, Servo, PLC , PID , Drawing Auto CAD 2D/3D, Revit, Sketchup,
- Approximately 6 years of experience in manufacturing in any FMCG company and Automation
- Approximately 2 years of experience in project management
- Have knowledge in modification and implementation of old and new equipment.
- Drawing skill in any application form.
- Knowledge PLC's and Process Automation is preferable.

Responsibilities
- Deliver the completion of multiple complex programs and/or portfolio from Roadmap to Product Launch that meets expectations of quality, cost and time to drive YETI's continued success.
- Develop a comprehensive project plan that encompasses timelines, budgets, resources and milestones.
- Lead and hold cross-functional Core team accountable to deliver the activities and tasks required at each of development phases as per project plan.
- Identify, address, and mitigate risks proactively to keep the program moving forward. Analyze stakeholders' needs across all workstreams to define mitigation for an acceptable and timely solution.
- Develop and maintain documentation throughout the process such as project schedule, Capex/ Opex budgets, action logs, risk registers, and regular updates.
- Effectively and efficiently communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership via presentations, dashboards, email, verbal, etc.
- Manage multiple workstreams related to each project including sample management, go-to-market support, and prioritization discussions.
- Identify and implement new product development process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications And Attributes
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM-related field.
- At least 6 years of program management experience, managing high complexity and high revenue projects to completion.
- Proven track record in creative problem solution with meticulous attention to details and time management.
- Must be able to manage multiple programs simultaneously in an organized manner.
- Open to bi-directional feedback and able to apply it to improve themselves, their team, and YETI.
- Comfortable with change and ambiguity with the ability to quickly propose solutions given limited guidance.
- Ability to figure out complex issues with little oversight and/or direction.
- Can communicate with technical and non-technical team members effectively.
- Solid understanding of program management techniques and methodologies. PMP certification is preferred.
