Job Responsibilities:
- Presales of System customization and package software solutions for the manufacturing industry, i.e., Production scheduler, Paperless digitization, Dashboard.
- Create a Proposal and Presentation in English and also present to customers.
- Collaborate with engineering and development teams to tailor products to customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain good relations with new and existing customers to increase sales volume.
- Develop and implement sales strategies (Direct Mail and follow-up, Individual approach, Seminar).
- Provide technical support to the sales team by offering expert knowledge.
- Communicate complex product or service details to customers, addressing technical inquiries and assisting in resolving any issues.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer, Business Computer, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing-related fields. Information Technology and Information Systems
- Domain knowledge of the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Skill in Manufacturing Operations, ERP, or Scheduling Systems would be advantageous.
- Knowledge in software technology and programming languages in DB, Python, C#, .NET, SQL Server.
- Prior experience in technical sales, customer support, or engineering roles is often preferred.
- Result-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated.
- Possess good communication skills in English, TOEIC 550 or above (Nice to have)
- Possess initiative and willingness to learn.
