Job Summary
Responsible for Maintenance in processing lines and monitor of maintenance control based on the production plan. Troubleshoot and solving problem on shop floor to keep machine ready for production with 24/7 as per production plan. An electrical maintenance system to do preventive & Corrective maintenance to maintain line continue production and improve the machine in Safety, Quality, Food Safety required and performs in processing line and always keep production run.

Accountabilities

• Maintenance in processing line area with shift 24/7 as per production plan.
• Perform Shift Maintenance team work to ensure all machine are good operation.
• Support preventive maintenance program and ensures the readiness of all the plant equipment in order to meet the production volume and OEE requirement.
• Perform on breakdown maintenance, corrective Maintenance and support Preventive Maintenance program and recording in the SAP system for history tracking.
• Deliver machine reliability and efficiency by take lead quarterly machine inspection and yearly overhaul as machine ownership.
• Deliver machine breakdown information via BDR (Breakdown report) and support finding root cause with BDA (Breakdown analysis) using 4M analysis, why-why analysis and fish bone analysis.
• Support weekly root cause analysis for machine breakdown and minimize down time via BDA.
• Ready to make work instruction for new system and OPL (one-point lesson) of machine operation or maintenance technical term required.
• Initiates machine improvement and corrective action to maintain line continue production and improve the machine.
• Follow QFS Procedure and monitoring process to ensure that Product without Quality Food Safety Issue.
• Follow Safety Procedure and monitoring process to ensure that machine and equipment without safety Issue
• Performs other tasks / duties in support company goals and objective
• Following job / task assignment by Supervisor & Engineers.
• Know the potential hazards/environmental impacts and necessary safeguards/controls in their work area(s).

Job Summary:

The Equipment Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of production and utility equipment. This role ensures that all equipment operates efficiently and complies with safety and quality standards. The engineer also plays a key role in preventive maintenance planning, equipment upgrades, and support for production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment breakdowns or malfunctions.
• Support and coordinate preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) activities.
• Work closely with the maintenance team and production staff to minimize downtime.

2. Equipment Installation & Setup

• Plan and supervise the installation and commissioning of new machinery or production lines.
• Review and validate equipment layout, utility connections, and safety features.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for technical specifications and installation activities.

3. Performance Monitoring & Improvement

• Monitor OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and propose improvements.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives such as TPM, Kaizen, or Lean.
• Upgrade or modify equipment to improve performance, reduce costs, or meet new process requirements.

4. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain and update equipment documentation including manuals, SOPs, calibration records, PM schedules, etc.
• Ensure equipment meets quality, safety, and environmental compliance standards.
• Prepare reports on downtime, maintenance KPIs, and cost analysis.

5. Spare Parts & Asset Management

• Define critical spare parts and manage inventory levels.
• Support asset tracking, equipment lifecycle planning, and replacement strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineer or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, Robot, Electro planting, Hydraulics, Pneumatic system of Electronics company or PCB or similar roles in a manufacturing.
• Familiar with PLC, automation systems, mechanical/electrical systems, and safety standards.
• Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or ERP systems is a plus.
