As an Enterprise Sales Consultant, you will work with team members and senior management to offer Revinate solutions to our clients while achieving their objectives through identifying high-value opportunities.

What You'll Do
- Use a consultative sales approach to win prospective client confidence and build enterprise-level engagement opportunities through multi-stakeholder engagement
- Acquire new enterprise-level clients for Revinate through the initiation of relationships, meeting with prospective clients, developing proposals, negotiating contract, and closing deals
- Partner with a sales engineer and know when and how to leverage this person in your deal cycle and close process
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
- Manage current client base and expand revenue through new sales, cross/up-sell opportunities by connecting the client's business objectives with Revinate solutions
- Work with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels that meet and exceed customer expectation through strong customer service orientation
What You'll Bring
- BS/BA Degree or higher preferred
- 5+ years of quota carrying in SaaS sales, 2+ years of Enterprise level selling
- Track record of exceeding goals and quotas
- Successful track record in building, growing and managing enterprise accounts in and around Hospitality Tech sales, SaaS or Analytics/Big Data technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communicator, with strong presentation skills
- You have an affinity for Value based selling and know what POV+BVA means
- Strong working knowledge of and Gong
- Experience in Challenger, Sandler, SPIN Selling, or MEDDIC
- Travel may be required based on business needs

**Responsibilities**
+ Identify and qualify business opportunities in collaboration with the team, analyze customer technical objections and develop strategies to overcome technical blockers.
+ Leverage enterprise infrastructure modernization expertise to support technical relationships with customers through technology advocacy, bid support, product briefings, proof-of-concept work, and collaboration with product management to prioritize solutions.
+ Implement Google Cloud products to demonstrate and prototype integrations with customer and partner environments.
+ Lead customers through assessments of legacy application environments and recommend prioritization roadmaps for infrastructure and application modernization.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Gather information from clients by interview, conducting workshops, surveys or focus groups, etc.
- Identify gaps in client operations and recommend resolutions for further improvements
- Prepare and design deliverables content to reflect client needs and strive to develop deliverable quality through verification and validation of results
- Manage a small workstream of consultants through task delegations, guidance and coaching, and quality assurance
- Work closely with the client in collecting client's information and managing their expectation
- Able to work in different business and/or project's scope, or provide operational supports to the team from time to time
- Able to travel (domestic/overseas) when required
Skills And Attributes For Success
To qualify for the role you must have
- Thai nationality only
- Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, AIS, MIS, Business Administration or other business-related roles
- Fluency in English and Thai are required.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, management consulting, strategy implementation, or project management related to initiative implementation. New graduated are also welcome
- Skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication.
- A proven track record in strategy, project management, and stakeholder management.
Ideally, you'll also have
- Extensive experience in a similar role or working environment, preferably in professional services, project management, or client-facing role

We are seeking a Change Management Lead for a deposits and lending core banking implementation of retail and commercial bank. The candidate should be experience in strategizing, planning and managing change for similar large, complex projects, preferably in Thailand.
Your key responsibilities:
- Change strategy: Strategize and develop change plan based on client context and priorities
- Communicate change: Curate and delivery messaging to provide awareness for the case for change, inspire participation and adoption
- Change impact: Lead assessment of change impact by stakeholder groups (functions and departments) and persona
- Change design: Develop training and learning materials and curriculum to enable user groups
- Change delivery: Plan and deliver training, assess effectiveness and of end users' readiness to transition to the new system
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) is preferred.
