About the role

As a Sales professional in the Industrial Waste & Wastewater Management team at IEC Dream Works Co., Ltd.', you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Environmental Engineer, located in Bangkok City, Thailand. The Environmental Engineer will be responsible for ensuring environmental compliance, conducting environmental impact assessments, managing waste treatment processes, providing environmental consulting services, and overseeing waste management operations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring environmental conditions, preparing reports, designing environmental systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory adherence and sustainability goals.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering
• At least 3-5 years experience in Wastewater & Waste Management
• Experience in wastewater treatment, waste management, chemical management and regulatory compliance
• Strong knowledge of local and international environmental laws and regulations
• Strong knowledge of environmental laws and HSE standards
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Certificate/Licenses in water pollution controller & waste controller is a plus

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee wastewater treatment, waste management and pollution control including develop and implement waste reduction and recycling programs
• Maintain chemical inventory and ensure proper labeling and documentation
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws and HSE regulations
• Manage chemical handling, storage and disposal
• Conduct environment risk assessments and audits
• Lead and support corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs related to environmental sustainability
• Organize environmental awareness programs for employees

Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for environment work (Energy, Water & wastewater, Air pollution, Industrial waste, Laws and regulations)
2. Analyze and control environmental data (CO2 emission, water, waste, VOCs)
3. Coordinate with other departments to improve environmental awareness.
4. Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities.
5. Planning and control project

Qualifications :

1. Working experiences 0 - 2 years (Fresh graduates are welcome)
2. Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering or related field.
3. Able to work permanently at Dontoom, Nakhonpathom.

5.ประเมินผลกระทบด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม จัดทำแผนควบคุมผลกระทบด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม และพัฒนาระบบเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อม

6.ควบคุมดูแลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานหรือผู้รับเหมาภายในโรงงาน ให้ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดของสิ่งแวดล้อม

และไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม

7.วางแผนแและพัฒนาจัดการอบรมให้ความรู้และสร้างความตระหนักด้าน ESG ให้กับพนักงานทุกระดับในองค์กร

และกิจกรรมสร้างการมีส่วนร่วม

8.จัดทำโครงการเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานสิ่งแวดล้อม

9.Update ข้อกำหนด,กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบการจัดการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1.วุฒิการศึกษาจบปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมสิ่งแวดล้อม หรือวิทยาศาสตร์สิ่งแวดล้อม

2.มีประสบการณ์ด้านการควบคุม และจัดการระบบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสิ่งแวดล้อม 2 ปีขี้นไป

3.มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรม ( ใบ ก.ว.)

4.มีหนังสือรับรองการขึ้นทะเบียนกรมโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม เป็นผู้ควบคุมมลพิษกากอุตสาหกกรม ประเภทบุคคล

5.มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฏหมาย ข้อบังคับและมาตรฐานสิ่งแวดล้อม

6.มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ การจัดทำรายงาน และมีความเข้าใจมาตรฐานการรายงาน

7.มีทักษะการสื่อสาร ,การประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก ในระดับดี

We are looking for an Environmental Engineer to join our INSEE Ecocycle team in Songkhla. This role is key to ensuring full compliance with environmental laws and supporting operational activities related to decontamination and waste management projects. Your mission is to help us achieve and maintain 100% environmental compliance while making a meaningful impact on sustainability.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant environmental laws, permits, and company standards.
• Coordinate and support internal and external environmental audits.
• Plan and manage environmental and regulatory compliance activities.
• Submit and update mandatory reports to government authorities.
• Supervise hazardous and non-hazardous waste collection, segregation, storage, transportation, and disposal.
• Ensure all waste management activities meet regulatory and company requirements.
• Support operations on decontamination and waste treatment projects.
• Identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in environmental management, preferably within manufacturing or waste management industries
• Knowledge: Familiarity with decontamination processes is a plus

• Perform ISO 14001, ISO45001, Water Pollution Controller, Air Pollution Controller,  Industrial Waste Controller and 6S.
• Internal audit for ISO 14001, ISO45001.

The role is a temporary cover due to an unexpected teacher absence. We are especially interested in candidates already in Thailand if possible.
