Responsibility

• Develop maintenance plans, systematically maintain equipment, and conduct daily inspections and patrols to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
• In the process of equipment maintenance and repair, it is the responsibility and obligation to comply with relevant safety regulations and supervise relevant personnel to comply, ensuring that the safety of personnel and equipment is conscientiously implemented
• Timely and thorough elimination of equipment failures to ensure production efficiency.
• Supervise and standardize personnel operations to ensure the accuracy and safety of equipment operation.
• Train employees to operate, participate in employee management, and supervise the implementation of various systems
• Conduct 5M1E supervision and inspection.
• Participate in process management and quality improvement work, propose and follow up on various suggestions related to equipment improvement and cost savings, actively innovate, and summarize experience.
• Control production costs, mainly including the consumption of various water, electricity, and gas.
• Compile equipment operation instructions, operating procedures, maintenance procedures, and other relevant work instruction documents.
• Complete various work summary reports and analysis, improvement, or evaluation reports.
• Equipment stability detection and equipment parameter calibration.
• Complete the equipment upgrading of the equipment room and the installation and commissioning of various assigned new equipment and equipment transformations.
• Complete other work tasks assigned by the Level 1 Central Control Room, including carrying out work across regions

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any related fields
• 2-5 Years working experience in PCB industry
• Knowledge inPCB (printed circuit board), electrical control, mechanical principles, etc.
• Have ability to decision-making, analyze and solve problems, communication and execution
• Good command in English or ability to Speak Chinese in Plus

2. Develop equipment maintenance plan and improve spare parts management;

3. Establishment and management of equipment archives

4. Responsible for the use and debugging of production equipment, daily maintenance, monthly maintenance, and annual maintenance;

5. Timely solve software and hardware problems of production automation equipment, declare spare parts, and prepare spare parts contingency plans;

6. Master the usage and maintenance techniques of the managed equipment and facilities.

7. Statistical analysis of daily equipment maintenance information, optimization of equipment, and improvement of equipment performance;

8. Collect equipment OEE production data, extract and analyze, and improve equipment OEE;

JOB SUMMARY:

• Setup, sustain and continue improve EQE Equipments to beyond EQE KPI target.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Setup and repair machines to meet MTTR and/or MTBF target.
• Tune up and maintain machines to meet UPH target or higher.
• Tune up and maintain machines to meet Yield and IAR target or higher.
• Define/Analyze/Measure/Improve/Control for Equipment Continuous Improvement.
• Supervise / Advise Technician/ Sr. Tech. and/or subordinate.
• Support job assignment from superiors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Required:

• Bachelor/master's degree in related Engineering field. (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, Computer, Instrumentation)

Skill Required:

• Technical skill in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Program.

Experience: 0-5 years.

• Direct all activities related to maintaining and improving machines in the production line.
• Supervise, manage, and train technicians to develop their knowledge and skills.
• Train in new technologies for each machine type and apply them to customer products.
• Learn and implement maintenance systems according to international standards such as AS9000, IATF16949, or FDA requirements.
• Maintain and update maintenance systems; train other engineers to follow the system.
• Support manufacturing in producing PCBA assemblies for all customers (back end line and equipment).
• Create programming for selective soldering, depaneling, wave soldering, and aqueous cleaning.

• Encourage creative ideas and continuous improvement in technician skills.
• Manage and train technicians in product setup, machine repair, PM, and IQ execution per medical product requirements.
• Create and update machine IQ protocols and perform yearly re-validations.
• Maintain PM schedules and records to meet international standards.
• Support technical knowledge sharing with engineers and technicians.
• Participate in cross-functional team (CFT) meetings.
• Control technician overtime, routine work, and task assignments.

1. Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of OS, Microsoft Office, databases, and networks.

2. Working Experience

• 3-5 years Experience in electronics or contract manufacturing is an advantage.

• Background in technician or maintenance roles.

• Good command of English, computer skills, and interpersonal skills. (TOEIC 400+ is advantage)

• Supports Manufacturing process specification (MPS)

• Supports the company Vision through active participation. Responsible for identifying problems, finding solutions; working to implement positive Change

• Perform tooling and equipment development such as yield improvement and productivity to achieve the target .

• Support plant lay out for any change and new product transfer to ATA that included budget preparation and cost control.

• Knowledge for IATF TS16949, ISO 14001 system and implementation.

Responsibilities of the Equipment Engineer:

1. Select, purchase, install, debug, and accept related equipment, and enter it into the asset ledger;

2. Lead the programming, setup, debugging, and troubleshooting of all manufacturing equipment, providing necessary technical support when required on the production line.

3. Lead the calibration of all testing equipment, prepare a calibration plan, and implement calibration work according to the plan, recording results for future reference.

4. Lead the maintenance of all equipment, prepare a maintenance schedule, implement maintenance according to the plan, and record results for future reference.

5. Manage all tooling and fixtures.

6. Write operating procedures and checklists for production line equipment and conduct training.

7. Establish emergency plans for equipment failures and reporting mechanisms.

8. Establish ESD management processes and regular training mechanisms.

9. Assist finance in fixed asset inventories.

10. Relevant experience with equipment such as welding machines, fiber optic cutting machines, testing machines, spectrometers, temperature-humidity control machines, oscilloscopes, aging boxes, and dispensing machines.

Job Requirements:

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or higher in materials, electronics, automation, physics, mechanical engineering, optics, or related fields.

2. 3-5 years of experience in equipment management.

3. Clear understanding of equipment structure/principles; proficient in using Office software for data organization and report writing.

4. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with a CET-4 or higher certification.

5. Strong hands-on, analytical, logical, independent thinking, and communication skills.
