Roles & Responsibilities:

- Find suitable properties based on the specific needs of the customer.
- Negotiate rental and sales agreements with tenants, buyers, and property owners.
- Write sales and rental agreements, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Upload property listings to the internal proprietary marketing system.
- Follow up on all documentation throughout the sales process and address after-sales requirements.
- Record all customer information and documents accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong managerial skills with a charismatic, outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-minded attitude.
- High attention to detail, well-organized, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- A drive to succeed with a sense of urgency.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Thai (other languages are a plus).
- Proficient in computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, MacOS).
- Previous experience in real estate, hotels, or airlines is preferred but not required.
