About the role
We are looking for an experienced Production Night Shift Manager to join our team at Celestica (Thailand) Ltd., Laem Chabang, Chonburi. This is a full-time position based in Chonburi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the night shift.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and supervise the production team during the night shift to ensure production targets are met
- Coordinate with the day shift to ensure a seamless handover and continuity of operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift, making timely decisions to minimise disruptions
- Monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Implement and enforce safety and quality standards
- Provide coaching and mentorship to the production team to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborate with other departments, such as planning and logistics, to ensure efficient overall operations
What we're looking for
- Ability and willing to work in night shift time.
- Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a production manager role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for a QA / OOBA (Outgoing Open Box Assurance) Engineer to coordinate the FQC and OQC daily inspections work plan to ensure that sampling requirements are met according to procedures, ensuring product quality and smooth shipment.
**This position requires night shifts (as needed)**Your main role is to:
- Report inspection and confirmation and guidance
- Daily inspection confirmed to avoid delays in shipments
- Implementation of the FQC&OQC work plan
- Assist the inspector to quickly eliminate abnormalities to improve inspection efficiency
- Inspection exception handling and tracking improvement
- Actively requesting inspector discipline and work practices
- Actively do the tasks assigned by the superiors, and accurately carry out the promotion of related matters

- Cooperate with customers to check the goods, make arrangements for shipment and quality control
- 6S improvement and supervision implementation
- FQC&OQC weekly monthly summary report, review, meeting and work progress
- Weekly anomaly summary and review to reduce abnormal problems (violating factory regulations, job negligence, customer complaints)
- Quality inspector performance interview, evaluation score
- Bachelor of Industrial, Mechanical Electronics/Electrical Engineering (EE) or related fields
- At least 1 years' experiences in QA/QC Testing
- Have background in assurance / process investigation / 8D report / Problem solving in short time and accurate
- Able to work with production to resolve quality problems / Leading to improve as commitment
- Able to communicate and written in English.
