RESPONSIBILITY :
Be responsible for the management of the import customs clearance and trucking capacity planning in Thailand, and output monthly, weekly and daily capacity demand plans based on the factory's shipment requirements.
Be responsible for the dispatching plan management, matching the capacity allocation of corresponding suppliers according to the shipment plans of each factory, and monitor the order taking, vehicle dispatching and warehouse arrival.
Be responsible for the management of suppliers, connect with warehouses/transport fleets/stacking yards, guide and train suppliers to use the company's system properly, monitor the daily operation of the fleets, improve operation efficiency, and coordinate and track to solve the capacity and order abnormalities of suppliers.
Assist in the cost control during the execution of import transportation and other businesses (monitor and manage abnormal expenses).
Assist in completing the reconciliation between the company and the transport fleets, and the confirmation of documents, etc.
Assist in handling related matters of import, such as tendering for customs clearance of import trucks, assisting in handling import documents, certificates of origin, etc.
Assist in completing other tasks assigned on a daily basis.
QUALIFICATION :
1、More than 2 year of international logistics/transportation management experience;
2、Familiar with the operation process of Thai carrier/terminal/yard, familiar with the whole process of inbound and outbound truck dispatch operation, strong business operation and abnormal resolution capabilities;
3、Have good communication, coordination, problem-solving and teamwork skills, and be able to work well with transportation agents, warehouses, shipping and other related personnel;
4、Have good bilingual communication and writing skills in Chinese and Thai (the main working languages are Chinese and Thai); English proficiency serves as a supplement, and is sufficient for daily reading and simple communication.;
5、Familiar with office software operation;

1.Develop KD parts demand plan according to Thailand factory production plan or overseas customer's demand plan.
2.Responsible for the management of KD parts from order to delivery.
3.Monitor the inventory level of KD parts, optimize the inventory structure, formulate a reasonable inventory control strategy to avoid shortage of materials or stagnant materials, and ensure the production continuity of Thailand factory.
4.Responsible for KD parts risk identification and control, to ensure the timeliness of information transmission.
5.Assist in handling customs declaration, customs clearance, logistic abnormality and claims to ensure that KD parts are delivered according to plan.
Qualification
•Bachelor's degree or above in relevant fields such as Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Management, or related disciplines.
• Over 3 years of experience in logistics project management within automotive manufacturing or related industries. Candidates with experience in parts database management are preferred.
• Have certain experience in procurement or import and export, familiar with KD business model, and have multi-tasking ability.
• Experience in supply chain operation, KD project management, international logistics is preferred.
