Intern – Event management and Logistic (GIZ Office Thailand)
Responsibilities:
Travel and Logistic
- Assist Logistic Specialist in the administration tasks e.g. printing out documents related to travel reimbursement and record it in monitoring sheet before submitting documents to Finance department.
Event Management
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of GIZ events across the region
- Support logistical arrangements, including venue setup, catering, visa letters, transportation, and accommodation for participants
- Facilitate communication with suppliers, partners, and participants before and during events
- Coordinate the development and preparation of event materials such as agendas, registration forms, name tags, media printouts and participant kits
- Provide on-site support during events, including registration assistance and troubleshooting as needed

Qualifications:

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good command of Thai and English
