Job Purpose
As a part of the People & Culture Center of Excellence (COE) team, the Total Rewards Manager will be on a mission to deliver meaningful total rewards to Minor team members at both local and global scales.
The role leads the design, analysis, and execution of Total Rewards programs and initiatives. With deep knowledge and expertise in total rewards and data analytics, this role is expected to drive the implementation of data-driven reward practices and solutions. This role is accountable for contributing to the transformation of Total Rewards and People & Culture practices through enhanced people systems and the strategic use of analytics, automation, and AI to drive data-informed decisions, operational efficiency, and personalized team member experiences.
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the consolidation and development of internal and external database (including policies and practices) for Minor Group. The person will also provide consulting support to People & Culture team on all aspects related to Total Rewards field. This role is ideal for an analytical and organised individual who is data and technology savvy and demonstrates strong logical thinking and business acumen to help shape globally scalable, future-ready Total Rewards practices.
Main Responsibilities

Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are to:
- Manage the execution of key Total Rewards processes (e.g., salary review, incentive payouts, benefit renewals) in coordination with global and regional teams.
- Manage in the execution of the Total Rewards strategic plans, initiatives, and practices to relevant stakeholders such as corporate offices and People & Culture leaders.
- Manage to develop, update, and maintain documentation of Total Rewards policies, guidelines, frameworks, and workflows – including possible process improvement and alignment of Total Rewards practices across Minor Group.
- Explore the use cases for applying more digitization and AI/ML in Total Rewards and partnering with related team (e.g., people shared services and IT) to improve reward-related processes through automation, integrations, and digital workflows.
- Develop tools, or models to track effectiveness of Total Rewards initiatives/practices and generate actionable insights to optimize the return on investment (ROI).
- Provide consulting support to corporate offices on all aspects related to Total Rewards fields.
- Manage third-party relationships; identifies primary benefit providers, negotiate and monitor quality and cost of services. As well as network extensively to develop external market insights and to strengthen our existing compensation programmes
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as appropriated.
