**What the day will look like**
**Recruitment**:
- Handle manpower planning by working closely with line managers, supervisors, and finance

- Prepare for onboarding by coordinating with line managers, Aon Connectors, and other parties as well as provide necessary information to new staff
- Work closely with line manager to create and maintain updated information of all headcount’s requests
- Handle onboarding & orientation program, also monitoring probation evaluation
- Handle internship project by coordinating with officer of target universities
- Handle campus roadshow by coordinating both internal and external parties as well as being co-guest speaker to share experience to students and build employer branding
- Work closely with HR Director and regional team for any issues related to recruitment such as a new policy/process
Others:
- Managing mobility cases in line with the internal policies and regulations including visa and work permit matters
- Work closely with the Global Spend Management team to ensure an onboarding process of a new vendor/supplier is smooth and accurate.
- Perform other duties or projects as reasonably assigned by the supervisor
**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in HRM
