หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
1.จัดทำและรวบรวมเอกสารส่งออก เช่น Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (COO), Bill of Lading (B/L), และเอกสารอื่น ๆ ตามข้อกำหนดของลูกค้าและสายเรือ
2.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและความครบถ้วนของเอกสาร เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดและมาตรฐานของลูกค้า
3.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายใน ลูกค้า สายเรือ ตัวแทนขนส่ง และหน่วยงานราชการ เพื่อให้การส่งออกเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
4.ติดตามสถานะเอกสาร เพื่อให้สามารถส่งมอบได้ตรงตามกำหนดเวลา
5.แก้ไขปัญหาหรือข้อผิดพลาดของเอกสารอย่างรวดเร็ว เพื่อลดความล่าช้าในการจัดส่ง
6.จัดเก็บเอกสารส่งออกอย่างเป็นระบบ เพื่อการตรวจสอบและอ้างอิงในอนาคต
คุณสมบัติ
1.วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ โลจิสติกส์ การจัดการซัพพลายเชน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2.มีประสบการณ์ตรงด้านเอกสารส่งออกอย่างน้อย 1–2 ปี ในบริษัทผู้ผลิตหรือบริษัทเทรดดิ้ง (ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ในบทบาทจากอุตสาหกรรมด้านอาหารจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
3.สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ทั้งการอ่าน การเขียน และการสื่อสาร
4.มีประสบการณ์ประสานงานกับสายเรือ ตัวแทนขนส่ง และหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
5.ใช้ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ได้คล่อง
6.ละเอียดรอบคอบ จัดการงานได้เป็นระบบ และทำงานภายใต้เวลาที่จำกัดได้
7.มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหา และสามารถจัดการงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้ดี

• Open the sales order (NAV Process) & Order confirmation into the factory
• Issue Proforma Invoice, Commercial & Packing List.
• Contact with demand planning to check products in stock and inform customers to change in case of insufficient quantity of products according to orders.
• Coordinate Logistic Team staff to book the shipping according to the delivery deadline.
• Coordinate with transportation, inquiring information about the shipping schedule, tracking payment, shipping document and other.
• Contact warehouse to check quantity and details of loading products.
