Job Scope

Be a part of the professional service team of Heidelberg Graphics Thailand. The job roles are installation, machine testing, operating instruction, application instruction, overhauling, troubleshooting of the printing process machines of the HEIDELBERG and affiliated brands. The job nature is onsite services and sometimes do remote consulting to customers with fully support to ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction. Our Service Engineers are required to work as a team and independently and they must be involved in the several technical jobs requested by the customers or assigned by team.

Responsibilities

  • Represent and promote the Heidelberg brand as the No. 1 of solution provider in the offset printing industry.
  • Provide fully support to customers and collaborate with teams regarding the Electrical works such as installation, repairing, machine testing, operating instruction, application instruction, overhauling, do maintenance the machines in the printing process (Prepress, Press and Postpress).
  • Keep record, follow up and update the jobs status in the Service Application and ensure its correctly and align with company policies and procedures.
  • Actively give advice and consultation to customers on electrical service issues with the safety concerns.
  • Contribute to improve customers (internal & external) service delivery by identifying service gaps and causes of dissatisfaction and recommending improvements. Ensure all agreed action plans are followed up on a timely basis.
  • Ensure reports and paperwork are properly prepared and submitted timely.
  • Perform jobs professionally, can work independently without supervision and escalate to team if need.
  • Lead sales opportunity to Sales team.
  • Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned, applying technical expertise to support team and company goals.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering, age between years

Responsibilities
As a Field Service Engineer (FSE), your ssential responsibilities includes, but not limited to:

  • Complete new equipment installations, preventative maintenance activities, and emergency repairs with proper supporting documentation in compliance with Quality Assurance procedures

Qualifications
To be successful in thie position, you will possess:

  • Bachelor of Science/ Bachelor of Engineering with 3-5 years of relevant field service experience. Ideal Candidate would have (3-5 years of experience) in FSE instrument repair and field work.
  • Familiarity with fluorescence microscopy and robotic systems
  • General knowledge of genetic analysis techniques (DNA microarrays, gene expression analysis, NGS/WGS, and quantitative PCR)
  • Experience working in a QSR certified organization
  • Hands-on field service experience preferably in the biotech / life science / robotics field(s). This includes working on systems in customer laboratories and observing proper biohazard safety precautions
  • Strong troubleshooting skills. Specifically in the areas of: General electronics, electromechanical systems, robotics, liquid handlers, computers, and associated networking components
