**Your day at NTT DATA**
The Associate Financial Accountant is an entry level role, responsible for receiving direction from management and generally deals with low complexity accounting functions.
The primary objective of this role is to support the management, reconciliation and collection of outstanding amounts from clients, preparing financial reports, processing journal entries and the accounting month end.
Under supervision of a more experience member of the team or manager, this role also assists with preparing balance sheet reconciliations and providing assistance to the accounts payable function.
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Under supervision, assists with implementing, controlling, and monitoring of periodic compliance testing.
+ Actively supports the management of overall financial forecasting processes.
+ Under supervision reviews financial records to ensure they comply with company policies and accounting principles.
+ Assists with reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating across various finance and non-finance functions.
+ Supports with analyzing journals, producing data analysis and reports and assists with variance analysis.
+ Assembles the annual audit information for external auditors.
+ Assists with implementing effective financial controls, including systems reconciliations and ensuring the integrity of reported figures.
+ Proactively supports the activities of the accounts receivable function within the assigned business unit.
+ May assist with reviewing the credit vetting process by ensuring that new accounts are opened in line with financial procedures.
+ Performs any other relevant task as requested by management.

Job Summary:
High visibility and exposure role. Responsible for leading the end-to-end FP&A process for Thailand Aesthetic business. Scopes include Business Partnering, Business Analysis & Reporting, Financial Planning activities, identifying risks/opportunities and developing mitigating actions. Potential successor to Finance Director.
Detailed description of MAIN tasks and responsibility:
Financial Planning, Analysis, & Reporting:
+ Lead the end-to-end FP&A (Management Reporting) process for Thailand Aesthetic business. Managing one team member within the FP&A team.
+ Provide analysis, recommendation, and business consultation to stakeholders.
+ Review and ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing.
+ Ensure timely and accurate submission of routine and ad-hoc reports and financial analyses to local, regional, and commercial teams.
+ Manage and ensure accuracy, reasonableness, and timeliness of all planning processes: monthly sales, quarterly financial estimates, quarterly forecast, annual budget, and long-term plans.
+ Liaise with Business Unit Directors on tracking sales and marketing performance; Manage/control all expenses, DOH, and other relevant financial and commercial KPIs.
+ Proactively identify risks and opportunities and prepare and propose appropriate plans.
+ Understand, analyze, and monitor price, price variance, and trends, to support decision making to commercial teams.
+ DSO and AR Collection monitoring.
+ Prepare and support reviews of various reports.
+ Participate and support various ad-hoc projects, as assigned.
Supply Chain Oversight (Backup to Finance Director)
+ Additional exposure and development on S&OP skillset.
+ Co-supervise demand forecast and logistics activities to ensure smoothly product flow with collaboration from various stakeholders.
+ Co-Coordinate with Regional Supply Chain/Logistics, QA, RA, Finance, and Commercial to ensure smoothly product flow.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
+ More than 12 years experiences in financial roles, with a minimum six (6) years in financial reporting & planning experience.
+ Qualification in the field of Finance, Economic, Strategy or similar field is desired.
+ Expertise in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP, Hyperion, Cognos, Hyperion, Longview, etc., will be essential.
+ MNC exposure preferred.
Essential Skills and Abilities:
+ Fluent in both spoken and written English, and Thai.
+ Detail oriented, and willing to be hands-on when necessary.
+ Enjoy highly challenging work that comes with satisfaction, with work direct influence on business and making impact day-to-day.

The Senior Associate Financial Accountant is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for preparing more routine financial reports, processing of journal entries and accounting month end.
This role also assists with preparing balance sheet reconciliations and reporting on costs, productivity, margins, and expenditures and offer financial recommendations.
This role may also assist with management and preparation of budgets and takes guidance from a more senior member of the team.

+ Proactively supports the activities of the accounts receivable function within the assigned business unit and processes month-end activities which include the preparation and processing of month-end journal entries, processing loan and bank account entries and reconciling these accounts and executing a variety of actions in the accounting system.
+ May assist with reviewing the credit vetting process by ensuring that new accounts are opened in line with financial procedures.
+ Performs any other relevant task as requested by management.

The Salesperson is a senior-level position responsible for assisting clients in raising funds in the capital markets, as well as in providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions and other types of financial transactions in coordination with the Institutional Banking team. The VP Salesperson also serves as an intermediary in trading for clients. The overall objective of this role is to act as strategic advisor to our clients by formulating investment strategies and raising capital for clients.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Originate and execute cross-asset solutions for Thai financial institutions, driving wallet share across bonds, derivatives, repo, and multi-asset classes.
+ Identify opportunities and challenges from Thai regulatory frameworks (e.g., BoT, SEC, OIC) to ensure compliance, product suitability, and client trust.
+ Advise clients proactively on regulatory-driven market shifts, positioning the firm as a trusted solutions partner.
+ Partner with onshore and offshore coverage teams to design customized trade ideas and strategies aligned with Thai investors' return appetite and regulatory constraints.
+ Contribute to regional and global sales strategies, providing insights on Thai client flows, product demand, and market dynamics.
+ Develop and expand Citi's Rates franchise with Thai clients, streamlining global product distribution and maximizing revenue opportunities.
+ Refine and implement sales and marketing strategies to improve Citi's client footprint, enhance penetration, and strengthen relationships.
+ Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining responsiveness.
+ Collaborate closely with control and risk functions (Legal, Compliance, Credit/Market Risk, Audit, Finance) to ensure proper governance, compliance, and risk assessment.
